It’s such a great place for older kids 5 and up. My toddler couldn’t do much since she was on the shorter side so make sure to check height requirements. Little disappointed in the birthday package for the room. But overall we had a blast and can’t wait to go again.

The security guy there went above and beyond to find my keys to my car and I really appreciate that. I wish I would have got his name. Thank you. The staff was really nice too.

Food was good but is not really healthy. We had the pizza and donuts and popcorn. Which we all enjoyed. We brought our own ice chest with sodas and waters and a couple of snacks. Theres a mini fridge in the room and a microwave on each floor in the vending room. The customer service and room was great. We really only booked for the water park when we were researching this hotel. Which my kids and husband and I enjoyed. We went in the middle of the week and were there early so the lines were basically non existent and we were able to go on many rides. we also got to check in early since they had rooms already available which doesn't always happen. They also give an option to check out later if you want for a fee. But we enjoyed our overall stay it was quiet for the most part and we were able to sleep well. The beds were really comfortable. The bunk beds only sleep one child each. We have three kids but luckily they had the sofa bed which my oldest took happily. We plan on staying again in the future.

This destination is focused on family fun. Several dining options (including a Dunkin Donuts) means you don't have to leave the property for food while your little ones enjoy the indoor water park, mini-golf, mini bowling, ropes course or other add-on attractions.

We had an amazing time taking our kids and our grandson this past weekend. The one negative, which did not reflect on the park, was there were continued accidents in the water and we would have to get out. This happened 3 times and we were only there for the day, so frustrated with the parents who did not take precautions to prevent these issues.

This place is pretty busy, especially during any school holiday, winter, spring, and summer break. Prepare for the crowds. I would also recommend showing up earlier than your check-in time of 4pm as we had to wait for almost a whole hour after checking-in for our room to be ready. It was pretty unfortunate.

The hotel play fraud tricks during the checkout process. The check out process seems easy and convenience, however, the check statement shows extra hidden charges on the bill. I am surprised and ask the front desk and I am told customer need to pay the Expedia.com commission fee. We make full payment when book the room, however, the hotel try to charge customer again for the commission from Expedia.com, that is ridiculous and crazy traps. Never be back !

Kids love this property. It was fun and they had a great time. They need to make it less expensive. Charging for parking makes no sense. Also, they need to make third party ✔️ in smother. It was a bit challenging and not so good

A fun place to spend the weekend with the family. A little pricey and the indoor restaurants offer limited options (most are junk food). But the water park itself is a lot of fun. There is something for everyone.
