Appartement à louer à Station de métro Fulton Street

« Tresbel appartement proche de central park »

« Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't quite what we expected based on the photos advertised on Expedia, which we felt were misleading. The apartment was darker, smaller and more dated than it appeared online. The road noise from the front bedroom was quite significant, with sirens and garbage trucks throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner barely worked and was very loud, and the dishwasher was not working during our stay. The fold-out...

« Worth every penny! This place is amazing and especially in the city. It’s a quiet refuge after the hustle of the city all day. Very spacious- kids downstairs and parents and grandparents upstairs. It was well-stocked with the essentials like toilet paper and dish soap plus, unexpected items like coffee, water bottles, laundry detergent, and shampoo! There is a washer/dryer combo machine that’s wonderful. Put your clothes in to wash before bed and voila they are washed and dried when you wake up....

« Appartement très propre et très bien équipé mais très bruyant.Bouchons d’oreilles indispensables pour dormir.Pièce principale fort peu lumineuse. Beaucoup de difficultés pour avoir de l’eau chaude »

« L appartement est parfait comme pied à terre pour visiter New York. Situé au milieu de Manhattan deux pas de Time square. »

« The booking lists 2 king size beds and that was the reason we chose this location - very disappointed when we checked in and were told there are no king size beds and we were given 2 full size beds. Also, pics of room are very deceiving. It was hard for 2 people to be up and moving in the room at the same time. Will not be back. »

« Lovely apartment, exceptionally well equipped, super clean. Fast, friendly communication and very smooth check-in service. Close to several public transport lines so transit to midtown very convenient. »

« For a family with teenagers who love to go-go-go, this was a great location. Walking distance to Central Park (10 min walk) and Times Square (30min walk). If you dont like walking, there is MTA 3 blocks away. Quick train rides to get to the Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 museum, MET, times square....anywhere. It also had plenty of room with three showers and 5 bedrooms. The pictures are true, the price is very reasonable for the location and size. Highly recommend. »

« There was 3 of us gf's taking a 2 day trip for my 45th bday. My friend staying in the room just had a knee replacement. Our location was crucial. The host was unresponsive to several messages prior to arrival. We arrived by train 1hr prior to check in. I wanted to confirm the location so we could get transportation within the vicinity. Upon arrival we ubered to the address on the listing. Again, which I strategically picked from the "map view" to accommodate my friends recent surgery. We were...

« The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

« This condo had everything we needed for our trip and more! We especially loved the beautiful view of the NYC skyline. The place was bright, spotless, and very comfortable. Latasha was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions before our stay. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our trip and would definitely stay here again! »

« Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental. »

« The place was very clean but felt quite bizarre starting with the door of the apartment which had many coats of black and white paint and papers ripped and sticking here and there. It really looked quite scary. What made the apartment feel bizarre was there was no real living room. It did NOT have a couch or table as in the photo on line. The previous living room and dining room had been turned into a bedroom which had two large (double or queen) beds and the bunk bed (as pictured) with a...

« My experience with this host was extremely disappointing. And that’s putting it kindly. Approximately 15 minutes after my scheduled 4:00 PM check-in, the host canceled my reservation without any prior notice, phone call, or message. The cancellation was processed through the app, and the stated reason was an environmental event (such as a natural disaster), even though there were no such events occurring in New York City. Two days before my arrival, the host had messaged me saying they would...

« The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks! »

« Great space, comfortable beds and very easy to communicate with! »
