« Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant. »

« The apartment is really well located, clean, chic and surprisingly large! We needed help as the code wasn't working on arrival and a very friendly girl came over instantly! The building had a water problem on the first day (not the host's fault), we received bottles at no charge. Great service, thanks! »
