« I'll probably stay again because the location is good. They are in the middle of renovations but that didn't bother me. I couldn't decide if my room had been renovated or not. It had all the regular amenities and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because it runs into the toilet and the hot and cold water in the sink was on the opposite side of the H and C on the faucet. I appreciate the uncarpeted floors because they seem much more sanitary than carpet....

« This is a very good value hotel. Conveniently located and near good restaurants. My only complaint: the airport shuttle operates from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. It does not operate for flights taking off early morning. Hotel guests must take a taxi or a ride service which cost between $18 and $25. My hope is that this good hotel can fill-in this gap in providing airport transportation. »

« Had torn up towels. Did not even have regular towels. Shower soap was left behind. Bed sheets had stain on them »

« The hotel is not up to brand standards. It’s more along the lines of a Super8 The airport shuttle was dangerous. There’s one bus that picks up guests at other hotels first. When it arrived, every seat was taken and we had to stand with the floors overfilled with luggage that was rolling around with turns The elevator was broken on the morning of check out »

« Staff was very nice, the floor I stayed on stunk like wet dog as soon as I got off the elevator. While the size of my room was nice, the carpet in there was just horrendous. Very slick tile floor in the bathroom. »

« We have stayed here many times over the years, usually for special events downtown or for our anniversary. Always a wonderful experience. Great place to stay in Boise! »
