« My family and I stayed at the Garner hotel for 4 nights and overall the experience was a positive one. The desk staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked, and the beds were neither too stiff nor too soft and none of us felt grossed out by the bed linens or anything. « The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it »
