« Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip. »

« The staff is very friendly. »

« I made the mistake of booking this hotel, only to discover it doesn't exist! No address, no phone number, no response from management. Refund? Forget it! Do not trust this place with your money! It’s definitely a scam »

« This was the worse holiday ever! I arrived at the Hotel after 9.5 hrs flight journey, the receptionist asked me to pay before entering the room where the bill was fully paid before my arrival. Lack of communication between Expedia and the team in Africa was unbelievable. But then I booked/Paid for a queen room: in my biggest surprise I was given a double room with a double bed and I was so mad at that point. The room had no kettle, no water bottle no fridge and it was 27 degrees very hot for...
