Perfect holiday home.
This is a lovely condo with a fantastic view. I watched the sun rise every morning from the balcony. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Our teenagers loved the proximity to St. Pete’s beach. They also borrowed tennis racquets and corn hole etc from the store room.
The swimming pool was very clean and rarely very busy. We saw manatees in the water on a regular basis. We would happily return to this condo!

Amazing location!!
Beautiful sunrise view of the Bay. Conveniently located to beach and several great restaurants. During our visit, the moonlight Bay was amazing too! The condo was clean and looked just like depicted on the website. The weather was perfect at 78 degrees in December. I have stayed at Sunrise resort over 20 times and it never disappoints!!

Great location
We appreciated how close we were to the beach, to restaurants, and how well the grounds were maintained. The pool was nice and the views were great. The carpet needs to be replaced and management informed us if their plan to do so.

Perfect St Pete Beach Getaway Spot
The property has a great location, with easy access (walkable) to the beach and great restaurants. The condo was small, but well-designed to maximize the space. Great views from both the front (entry-way) balcony and the back (private) balcony. Great pool, dock, shuffle-board, picnic and tennis courts available.
