We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. With no office and no main entrance, you have a private door to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. A unique code will be sent to your inbox before your arrival.
Our top floor studio condo on the island of Clearwater Beach has INCREDIBLE water views from every window. Balcony attached to living space feels like an extension of your living area, with more great water views.
This studio sleeps 4, is 405 square feet, but space is maximized to utilize every bit of it.
Main bed is a California King with 4 king pillows. Second bed is a full-size convertible sleeper sofa with attached chaise lounge in living area. Extra bedding in storage area under chaise lounge.
Work desk with light next to window for terrific views as you study, work or play on your laptop, tablet or phone. Small router/modem on the desk for your personal connections. Extra wall outlets for UBC cords, ethernet or other power cords.

Elevator in building goes to every floor. An outgoing air exchange constantly takes out the old air and brings in the fresh air.

Coin-operated laundry facilities on same floor as condo. No change machine, bring your quarters, nobody on beach will give out quarters.
