Guests have access to the entire home. HEATED POOL seasonally.Always hot and ready HOT TUB are sure to please! Home has 2 car garage, fenced yard. We do not charge a fee to heat our pool unlike our competitors!

Our beds are often described by our guests as being “ the best I’ve ever slept on!” I would tend to agree I have the same mattress in my own home! Everything you would need is in the home.

✔️ BEDROOM 3- queen bed, walk in closet, dresser and office desk with chair. Large smart tv and ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to backyard and pool/ hot tub. Bed is super soft( ps if anyone likes a stiff feeling bad you can remove the toppers)

✔️ BATH ROOM 1- attached to master full 3 piece bathroom- shower, toilet, vanity bathroom is stocked with tons of toilet paper, hand, soap, hairdryer, curling iron, flat iron. We provide full-size shampoo, conditioner, male female, body wash. We provide Q-tips cotton balls, first aid kit

✔️ KITCHEN- fully stocked. Stainless appliances and quartz counters . very long 10 foot island with 6 bar stools are a chefs dream to cook and entertain at the same time. This kitchen has everything you would need. Knives, silverware, pots, pans, crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, martini glasses, wine glasses, coffee, cups, tons of plates, dawn kitchen soap, hand, soap, kitchen sponge, tons of garbage bags, dishwashing pods under the sink. We provide Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Sugar, filters, creamer, herbal tea, saran wrap, foil, Ziploc bags, Tupperware. 12 cup traditional brew coffee maker.

✔️ GARAGE- 2 car garage with full sized washer and 2 full sized dryers. All beach / pool toys , beach coolers and beach chairs/ umbrellas are stored here . we have a spare propane tank for the grill in your garage

Commonly asked questions:
1. Pool is heated 80-85 degrees. From October 15 -April 15. We can not turn it up. Please do not book this home if that is not warm enough for your group. We do not charge an extra fee to heat the pool
Our yard is fenced in with white PVC 6 foot privacy fence. Pool is 3 ft shallow end and 6 feet at deep end. No diving allowed.
2. Check out is 10 am check in is 4 pm
3. We are located 3/4 mile to grocery store, banks, many restaurants, dollar general, gas stations, walsingham park, beaches.
4. We do not allow parties( if you are not sure what a party is contact me and we can discuss )
5 max capacity 8 guests at all times
6. Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am daily
7. Closest beach is Indian rocks and Indian shores 3 -5 min drive
8. Clearwater beach is 7 miles away
9. St Pete airport is 7 miles away
10. Tampa international airport is 25 min away
11. Clearwater aquarium/ winter the dolphin 7 miles away

16. Our third bedroom has a sliding glass door that is the main access to pool and backyard.
20 .All TVs are smart TVs and are large . We have basic cable as well.
