Urban Tree House

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located space. This unique garage apartment is located 7 min to downtown St. Petersburg and 20 min. to beaches. The apartment which was completely renovated from top to bottom features 2 bedrooms, one bath, and an open kitchen/living room with vaulted ceilings. There is alley access and keyless entry into the private walkway up to the stairs. Mature Palms have been added along with plants on the private deck to create a tropical oasis.

The apartment has a private entrance from the back alley with a dedicated free parking pad to the right of the garage. It fits one car. Free street parking is also available.

*It`s important to note that the front house is also a short term rental and the garage below is kept for the owners/host. Garage is used to host storage, so it`s not a disturbance to apartment guests.

Guests have a private entry to the apartment which is completely fenced off from main house & backyard. You`ll have access to the entire apartment during your stay.

You will access the apartment by alley access which is just South of 36th Ave N. The entrance for the entryway door along with the front door of the apartment are keyless entry and you will receive your personal code prior to check in.

*Host will allow early/late check out times for a $25 fee if scheduling allows for it. Only message host 2 days prior to booked trip regarding this please. We typically won`t know if the schedule allows for an early/late check out until that time. The $25 will be sent as an additional charge outside the booking fees. Thank you!

You`ll need a vehicle to get around

Front house (only) have access to the pool/backyard area on the front house.

*Hosts take out the garbage can for guests Tuesday`s and Friday`s
*Stays 2 weeks or longer require a complimentary midway clean

**There will be a $50 charge every half an hour of late unapproved check out time. We ask that if you are requesting a later check out, that it is requested within 24 hrs of your check out date/time. This is done to respect our cleaners time and schedules.

*No more than two vehicles allowed in alley parking. Please contact host regarding 2nd spot.
