Updated! Very Partial Gulf Views, Pool, Spa with ELEVATOR. Indian Rocks Beach!

Please note: While the condo unit itself is in good condition and fully functional, some exterior repairs and common area restorations are still ongoing due to last year’s hurricane. You may notice occasional maintenance during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as the community completes recovery efforts.

TOP floor condo with only 9 units in the main building ON the beach WITH an ELEVATOR is the perfect family escape in Paradise. There is a total of 17 units on the Sunset Paradise property...Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 people. Partial-Gulf views can be seen from the balcony and from the window inside the unit itself! There are two assigned parking spots in the garage and inside utility room. The pool, spa and beach are just steps. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests due to time constraints in turning over for our next guests. Thank you for understanding.

We have stayed at many similarly priced rentals in the area and this might be the worst. But it was clean so it gets two stars.

Perfect location

Backyard beach, and every emminity you need ...beach chairs, umbrella, water boards, a big kitchen island, kitchen accessories, even games and movies. Our host was wonderful! She checked on us and was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The condo was just as described. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was clean and very well stocked with the necessities. The host was quick to respond with any needs or questions we had. The pool was clean and nice after being on the beach. We would love to stay here again

Renter Beware!Just finished my vacation last week down at the condo. Be aware the owner is not disclosing the actual condition of the condo complex itself. there is damage to the condo and pool and if I would have known this I would not have booked. The owner is very responsive but also very defensive and does not accept responsibility for the mis-information of the ENTIRE complex and overall experience. Upon arrival the pool was green and pump was not working. Contacted owner and she said she would contact the management or realty company. Pool company did not show up for 3 days to address the broken pump. Had to threaten calling the Board of Health (3 kids reportedly sick from the pool condition) to get someone out. Pool was down the entire time of our trip.Complex issues - Again the owner or VRBO does not accept responsibility.1. Fence missing around pool and gate to beach doesn't work. Anyone from the beach can walk up to the pool and some did.2. Siding and soffit is missing and hanging off the building. 3. Support beams added under-neath building. 4. Mold in the wood in multiple areas.5. termite damage in the wood supporting the entire building.6. Water leak on the bottom side of the building leaking either sewage or just water.7. Electrical wiring hanging out in multiple places.After all of this I attempted to get at least 2 nights stay back in return. Owner and VRBO refused. Hope this helps someone. Much smaller amount refunded.

Great Condo & Area

We enjoyed our time at Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was very nice, lots of room to move around, the living room was spacious, the kitchen was stocked with essentials, and it was clean. Luz was wonderful to work with, quick to respond, and always making sure we were taken care of. I would recommend a car, renting a golf cart, or getting a trolly pass to explore. There are a few places to eat within walking distance. The beach was never busy, which we loved, and there were always plenty of chairs at the pool. We loved having beach towels readily available in the condo and it was nice to be able to wash clothes/towels when needed. We will definitely be back, and would love to stay at Luz’s condo again. She’s awesome!

Amazing views and location!

We walked into the unit and were immediately struck by the 180 degree views of the ocean and intercostal. Loved the pool and only steps to the beach. Luz was great to work with and she made sure we were happy. Can’t wait to come back!

Most Beautiful Beach in Florida

The condo was in a very nice location and had all of the items we needed. It was spacious and clean. We did have an issue with the coffee pot not working, and the owner took care of that right away. I do wish I had known that the condo did not have a great view of the water. The pool and the beach path on a sandy dune to the ocean made up for the lack of view in the condo. The only recommendation I would have is to have safety lights installed in the garage. When parking at night, there were no lights on, completely dark and I did feel uncomfortable waiting for the elevator. Thank you for a great week.

Beautiful beachfront property with pool and hot tub

Comfortable beds, roomy interior, wonderful decor, updated appliances. Everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Covered parking and an elevator to your condo. Would stay here again!

Amazing condo!

This condo was such a beautiful spot with breathtaking views of the intercoastal and the gulf. We are typically on the gulf side, so this was different, but we found we enjoyed it so much more. The sunrises were beautiful and we had lots of shade in the afternoon which was welcomed. Our only issue was that the cleaning crew was there late so we couldn't get in until 4:30 or so, but Luz and her brother were extremely responsive and the cleaning crew was very nice. I do feel they neglected to mop the floors as they seemed pretty rushed, but it's the beach--it all gets full of sand anyways:) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The complex is also very quiet which is nice. There were only a few other families there at the same time we were.
