The Hannah Cabana-1st floor king suite, pool, close to spring training & beaches
Welcome to The Hannah Cabana! Our first-floor (ground floor) condo features a private screened patio and is just 3.5 miles from award-winning Clearwater Beach. Located in a gated community with comfortable furnishings, coffee/tea bar, fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, free parking close to our condo, and access to our sparkling pool, gym, library & clubhouse. Minutes from spring training fields—perfect for baseball fans! Walking distance to restaurants and shops! The Hannah Cabana is designed with your comfort in mind with bohemian decor, accommodating up to 4 guests.
For young families, we provide you with a portable pack and play along with a high chair/booster seat along with children's dinnerware.
Included at The Hannah Cabana: Sleeps four (king bed and queen sleeper sofa), bedroom features a plush king-size bed with full dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, black out curtains, and desk with mirror (perfect as a vanity or remote work setup), two Samsung smart TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room with streaming and Spectrum Cable (bring your login info for streaming), high speed internet throughout entire condo, Updated bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, accessible from hall and bedroom, all linens, towels, and bedding provided, washer and dryer are within our condo for guest use, four beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler.
Enjoy a new electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, pantry, air fryer, and everything needed to cook at home. The dining area features a coffee and tea bar with drip + K-cup brewer, electric kettle, microwave, books, games, and puzzles.
The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, leather recliner, blackout curtains, and sunny windows. Step out to the private screened patio with bistro tables and string lights, the perfect place to relax at sunset with a nice NW view.
Luxury resort amenities: geothermal heated pool (great for laps or lounging), charcoal grill, umbrella tables, lounge chairs, pergola, and beautiful tropical landscaping at the pool, pool is open dawn to dusk, 24/7 fitness center, Clubhouse with business center, and library.
Parking & Accessibility: Free parking just steps from the unit with a ramp-style sidewalk for easy, curb-free access. No assigned spots, park wherever you'd like. Our condo and this location is perfect for: snowbirds, couples, solo travelers, traveling professionals, small families, retirees, and anyone who wants close beach access without the crowds. Long-term stays are allowed. Especially ideal for guests needing no steps or stairs. There is so much to enjoy nearby like water sports, fishing, boating, beach activities. 90 minute drive to Disney and Universal Studios. St. Pete/Clearwater international airport (PIE) is close by. Flying in to Tampa international airport (TPA) is also convenient.
Where are my Orioles and Blue Jay fans? Spring training ball parks are very close (Orioles, Blue Jays, and Yankees fans love our location).
Need to know: Must be 25+ to book, check in 4pm, check out 11am, discounts available for month-long stays, HOA application required at least 10 days prior to check-in (application fee of $50 is waived with 7 day stays or longer), government-issued ID required by HOA for booking (driver’s license, state ID or passport) for compliance with local guest registration requirements after booking is confirmed, $45 “property fee” serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $500 in accidental damages. It does not cover negligence or intentional damage, quiet hours are 10pm - 8am, no pets, parties, or indoor smoking/vaping. Outdoor smoking allowed on the patio only. We ask guests to keep sliding door closed if smoking on the patio and also keep closed when using central air conditioning, guests have full access to the condo, self check-in via smart lock/keyless entry. Parking is a first come first serve basis.
Guests will have use of the pool, gym, clubhouse, and library by using the provided amenity card. Both TVs are Samsung Smart TVs and you will need to log in and out of your streaming services. There are thousands of Samsung TV channels automatically available in addition to use of our Spectrum app for cable TV.
We hope you consider a stay at The Hannah Cabana. I own one other property in Ohio that is also a vacation rental. I am a caring host and try to anticipate the needs of our guests. We stay at this condo when we can and picked very comfortable furnishings (especially the bed) because we know how important that is. My personal favorite feature of this condo is the location at the end as we get to enjoy wonderful sunsets right from our patio and it is quiet at this end of the development. Being close to easy access parking really makes it nice for unloading luggage and groceries. And not having stairs makes this condo so accessible and enjoyable! We hope we get to host you here at our cabana!
