Welcome to your perfect getaway! House is freshly remodeled

three bedrooms, two-bathrooms home is designed to be your cozy and inviting escape. With a spacious backyard, you`ll have everything you need for a memorable stay: a sparkling pool, a warm fire pit, and a fully equipped grill area. Ideal for both romantic getaways and family vacations!



11 min drive to Indian Shores

13 min drive to Madeira Beach

25 min drive to St Pete downtown

20 min drive to Clearwater downtown

The space



GENERAL INFORMATION:

Free parking ( up to 4 cars on the driveway or RV), Wifi, central AC, washer and dryer in the garage, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towel, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, cooking oil (all these are starters). There are some pool and beach gear ( kid`s toys, beach chairs, etc )and baby high chair in the garage. There is also a cooler and lots of plastic tableware for you to enjoy hot days near the pool or at the beach!



LIVING ROOM:

Smart TV, Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, board games ( in the drawers under TV), bar with bar chairs



KITCHEN AND DINING AREA:

Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop. Fully equipped with cooking essentials, silverware, glasses and dishes. Fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, exhaust fan ( enjoy cooking to the fullest), coffee maker, small grill and panini maker, kettle, magic bullet, French press coffeemaker, Brita water filter pitcher, plastic and foil wrap and etc. Comfortable and open dining area with lots of natural light.

King size bed, sleeps two extra pillows, linens, towels, smart TV, iron and ironing board ( either in bedroom closet or hallway closet).

Updated shower with glass door, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer.

Queen size bed, sleeps two extra linens and towels, smart TV

Bunk bed with two twin size beds and one full size bed,

Sleeps three, top bunk bed full size- kids under age seventeen can sleep on top, and twin are regular beds.

OUTDOOR SPACE:



Fully fenced backyard, sitting area with smart TV, sofa, chairs and lounge chairs, swimming pool, fire pit area with chairs, grill area with table and fully equipped grill. There are also beach chairs, beach towels and cooler, that you can enjoy outside or at the beach.



POOL

This outdoor pool area is the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying good company. The cozy sitting area with a TV is great for lounging and catching up on your favorite shows or sport games. Nearby, the grill area, sheltered under its own roof, is perfect for cooking up a feast, rain or shine. In the evenings, the fire pit becomes a gathering place for storytelling, toasting marshmallows and gazing at the stars. Each part of this space feels warm and inviting, making it a great place to hang out and unwind.

Pool depth start from three feet and it goes up to five feet.



******Pool is heated, however Please note, the pool temperature is highly affected by outside temperature. If the nights are cold, the pool temperature will not reach the desirable temperature during the day. The pool temperature will go down at night and start warming up during the early morning hours. We strive to make the pool temperature in the mid 80’s however, it is significantly dependent on the outside temperature. ******







Guest access

There is a door code which makes it easy to check- in and check -out.

The entire space is for guests to enjoy.

There are few closets in the house that are locked and can`t be used: one in master bedroom and one in hallway.

The washer and dryer are in the garage and can be used by guests. Please don`t use the garage for parking, the driveway is big enough to accommodate multiple cars.

Please don`t park on the grass..

The shed outside is also locked and not to be used by guests.



Other things to note

The house is tucked away from the busy street, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to everything you need. It`s just 3-5 minutes to several plazas with CVS, Walgreens, dining options, and grocery stores. Plus, Lake Seminole Park is only 5 minutes away, providing a beautiful spot for a walk or some relaxation.





Do not, under any circumstance, disturb neighbors with loud noise and music during your stay. There is a noise ordinance on the beaches, 10p.m. to 7a.m. that is strictly enforced.



1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.



2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday mornings. If your stay falls on one of these days. We would greatly appreciate it if you place your garbage in the bins in the alley on the previous evening. Recycling is Wednesday only.



3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate in the back of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.



4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.



5. Check out is at 10:00am, please be on time to departure from the home, if you are leaving earlier, please let us know.

Additional rules



STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.



IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

1. *No smoking:** Smoking is prohibited.



2. **No pets:** Pets are not allowed. Owner is Extremely allergic to pet. NO services Pet.



3. **No parties or events:** Hosting parties or events is not allowed.



4. **Quiet hours:** Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect the neighbors.



5. **Check-in and check-out times:** Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Please adhere to these times unless previously arranged.



6. **Maximum occupancy:** 9 guests are included in the rate.



7. **Cleanliness:** Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and leave the property in a tidy state. Please dispose of trash properly and wash any used dishes.



8. **Respect for property:** Treat the property and its contents with care. Report any damages or issues promptly.



9. **Parking:** Use designated parking areas only. Do not block driveways or neighbors` access.

No parking on grass.



10. **No illegal activities:** Any illegal activities, including drug use or other unlawful behavior, are strictly prohibited.



11. **Use of amenities:** Follow any guidelines provided for the use of amenities such as the pool or appliances.



12. **Security:** Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Patio door is locked with pins (remove pins to slide and reinstall to lock) use sliding door on right side only (left is secured shut and does not open).

Security cameras are for your and property safety. There are 3 cameras, Ring/doorbell, on front patio facing driveway and pool Equipment Only. Do not tamper with cameras.



13.**Garage.** Garage area is off limits except for laundry area. Garage door is not to be opened.



14.**Pool.** The use of pool is at your own risk owner and co-host not responsible for injuries or death that may result of use.. Pool capacity is 10 people. Children under 12 must be supervised. No glass allowed anywhere in, near or around pool. No diving.

15.**Garbage.** All garbage is to be contained in plastic bags and disposed of properly In garbage cans outside, left of house.



16**Glass restriction.**No glass is allowed on patio, pool area or BBQ area!



Unbreakable eating and drinking utensils are available in kitchen cabinet.
