The open Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom. Enjoy coffee overlooking the water, dine outside in the Gulf breeze or settle into the lounge seating for an unobstructed sunset view.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with an adjustable mattress. The second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has one queen bed. All three bedrooms and the living room include Smart TVs for guests’ streaming services and free Roku channels. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the condo.

Recent updates include new flooring throughout the entire condo, new dining furniture, refreshed living-room tables, new linens, a new washer and dryer and a new dishwasher. The equipped kitchen also includes a Keurig coffee maker and electric kettle.

Beach days are especially convenient with eight beach chairs, a wagon for transporting chairs and supplies and a large cooler—all available for guest use.

The building offers direct beach access, a heated pool, elevator, beach rinse stations, restrooms and two tiki-hut grilling areas with two gas and two charcoal grills. The condo includes one reserved outdoor parking space plus a private single-car garage that can be used for parking and beach-equipment storage.

Several restaurants, a French bakery and local coffee shops are within an easy 5–15-minute walk. Miniature golf is directly across the street, approximately three minutes away on foot, and many additional restaurants and activities are only a short drive away.

No pets are permitted. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Parties and events are not allowed.
