The Space:

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home in Largo, Florida sleeps 14 and is built for families and groups who want to spend their vacation together. You can easily spend the whole trip here without leaving the property, and the Gulf beaches, Clearwater, and St. Pete are a short drive away when you’re ready to explore.



OUTDOOR FUN:

The heated pool with a built-in spa is the centerpiece of the backyard, and it’s comfortable to swim year-round. The sports court is set up for pickleball and basketball, and there’s a putting green for the golfers in the group. Kids and adults love the cornhole, giant Jenga and giant Connect 4. When the sun goes down, fire up the grill, eat outside at the al fresco dining table, and finish the night around the fire pit.



GAME ROOM & HOME THEATER:

Rain or shine, the game room keeps everyone entertained. Movie night comes with a projector screen, surround sound system, plush seating, and a popcorn machine. Compete on the arcade machines, Pop-A-Shot, foosball and shuffleboard.



INDOOR BAR:

The bar area is the adults’ hangout, with a pool table, poker table, bar essentials and comfortable seating.

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

-You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property



- The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler it may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



- Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.



-The spa is connected to the pool and maintains the same temperature as the heated pool. It is not a standalone hot tub.

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.
