Sea Oats 103: 3 BR / 2 BA condo à Redington Shores, pour 8 personnes

La maison loin de la maison - Location de vacances 103 - (classée Argent) est un spacieux condo au premier étage (pas au niveau du sol). Salon confortable avec nouveau canapé et causeuse (11 // 17) avec TV à écran plat. Coin repas attenant. La cuisine entièrement équipée facilite la cuisson ou profitez de l'un des nombreux restaurants raffinés à proximité. Le salon et la chambre principale partagent un balcon attenant permettant une chambre principale avec une vue fabuleuse sur les couchers de soleil! Trois chambres avec grands placards. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans la chambre principale et la 2e chambre. Deux salles de bain complètes avec lavabos doubles. Le balcon privé du golfe donne sur la piscine chauffée et nos kilomètres de plage de sable blanc. Court de tennis privé récemment rénové (janvier 2018). LAVEUSE ET SÉCHEUSE EN CONDO (pas de photo). Accès Internet sans fil GRATUIT. Appels locaux GRATUITS. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer.

Family vacation.

When we were almost to the management office, we received a phone call from the office informing us that the condo where we were booked was unavailable because the renter before us was sick and could not leave the condo. They did show us two condo units that were available, allowing us to pick the one we liked best. They even refunded a small portion of our costs for the inconvenience. Every turned out very well and we had a wonderful time in Redington Shores!!

Best beach ever

The room was great everything worked as it should. The view was amazing. But the beach was the icing on the cake. Basically, no waves was able to take the kids out into the ocean for the first time in five years that we’ve been going to the beach. Lol had a great time

This was a wonderful condo for our needs We had other family members in two other condos on 3rd & 4th floor, but our rental was conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the stairs which was great due to the very SLOW elevator ALL family members in all condos had a wonderful time at this great location We ALL will definitely return in the future

I have stayed on this property many times for many years. This was not my favorite room, loved the location on the first floor but it needs updating and was not very clean. I also don’t understand why the pool closes so early.

Wonderful place to stay. Very helpful resort company!

We couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Beach and pool location was great! We brought down my in-laws and Andrew at the Sea Oats hooked us up with a beach wheelchair company that was outstanding. Condo had everything we needed. We even left some boogie boards and beach toys for the next vacationer to enjoy! We will definitely be back.

Loved this place. We had an issue with the air and they took care of it as quickly as they could. I will definitely stay here again. And the beachfront was amazing

Very Nice Unit!

Unit was clean and contained all of the amenities for a successful stay. Located just above the pool, the noise level was not bad at all and the pool closed at a decent time to enable us to enjoy the balcony. Great complex and will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay in Unit 107

We were surprised at how large this unit actually is. You cannot beat the views for sure! Overall we had a very pleasant stay though we were a little surprised at the level of security over the holiday weekend (Memorial Day), versus the rest of the week. They were very strict to start with then seemed to loosen up. This is a Sand Dollar issue though and not specific to Unit 107. We would stay again in this Unit for sure.

Spring Break 2021

This was a great rental in terms of location (right on the beach), space within the condo, and convenience. It was affordable considering we booked it five days in advance and the management company was super to work with. The condo is somewhat dated and, while functional, it needs updated to keep pace with the other units in this complex. The dining room table chairs were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on and the furniture on the balcony needs replaced. Something that draws you to want to sit out and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets without worrying about needing a tetanus shot. A review from a few years ago stated the kitchen was well stocked — no longer the case. There is simply a few basic, random items that did not support meal preparation. Bring your own or prepare to eat out! Internet was hit/miss, but again JC Management worked to order a new modem/router, so I’m sure this will be resolved for future guests.

Great place for the whole family!!!

My family and I have stayed at the Sea Oats many times! We absolutely love the pool and beach. Rooms are spacious and I would recommend to anyone with children. Only draw back was the Long Pier being shut down last February and not knowing it until we got there, since my husband planned on doing a lot of fishing.

Love that view

Great view, needs some updating with the furniture. Lots of room but the master bath tub needs to have appliques or a mat. I fell in the shower after moving one foot. Still think it was a little pricey for the condo.
