Do not rent this unit! This unit is nasty! Hasn't had a good cleaning in a long time, the front door looks like two pigs were wresting against it, the floors were half swept and mopped, the base boards have a layer of dirt and hair on them, the couch is supposed to be a white or off white, it's a dirty brown, furniture is broken, doors on closets are broken, both showers need scrubbed, and the outside table hasn't been wiped down all summer. HVAC has a moldy, musty smell. We had to wash the bedding, coffee pot had old coffee in it, and we had to wash every dish we pulled out of a cabinet or drawer. no washer and dryer in unit, 2 for every load washed and dried. Seemed to have newer beds and the location is good but not worth the money. all correspondents come from John's pass condos... terrible customer service. when we arrived, we were sent the wrong code for the door and after calling the emergency line 6 times, I finally was able to reach them through email, and the correct code was sent. We left a day early. This place is a nightmare!
