This newly renovated condo has all the comforts of home with new flooring, cabinets and granite throughout. Enjoy beautiful gulf breezes from the privacy of your balcony and experience Florida at it's best. The master bedroom has a door that takes you out to the private balcony. The master bath has a luxurious walk in shower. There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services which include printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send personal mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

The place was as described. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. It is updated in color and furnishings. It’s was not quite what we expected but was good. We would suggest a couple of things: a digital clock in the master bedroom so it can be seen during the night. And a grab bar in the master bath shower. We would stay here again.

Perfect location for beach and many restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and as advertised. Check in was a bit confusing as we didnt get any info until exactly 4:00. We didn’t have any hot water for the first 1 1/2 days. Called after hours for condo and got a rude response of nothing they could do until next day. Next day I got no response until I called again and then got an option to move to another condo as nobody could come out. Luckily my husband looked around and saw the breaker was turned off. I got absolutely no response in vrbo app from owner. Sheets on King bed don’t fit as they aren’t big enough so we had to use 2 sheets from another bed. Two out of 3 patio chairs are broke and almost fell out of. It would be super nice to have some beach towels or chairs for renters to use as they want 40 a day for cushioned pallets on the beach. It was quiet and well secured building which was great.

The view is of the bridge to Treasure Island but the beach access and pool was amazing. The condo was very clean. We could have used more towels, and it would be nice if beach chairs were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would stay there again.

This location is right on the beach and across John’s pass. The condo was very clean and decorated with a fun beach vibe. The full kitchen is a plus if you want to cook a meal. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Could be an easy 10!

The good is… This could easily be a 10 overall consistently. Location is superb…. Problem is there are little things that for about 1000 investment could make it ideal. There is floor molding trim missing all throughout the place, which is sort of embarrassing when you have friends visit. The pictures online of the living room furniture had me concerned and did not disappoint when we arrived. I was sort of concerned about sitting on the couch it doesn’t look clean or sanitary and the Otman is busted, it should all be replaced. Felt like sand on the bedroom floor and we had not even been to the beach yet. The bedrooms had the flattest pillows I have ever seen in my life. we had to share the remote for the master bedroom and the living room TV, which was not a dealbreaker but inconvenient The place is nicely decorated, but it just seems like they’re doing just enough to make it desirable. Overall, we had a great time.

Not a bad place

Nice place, room was under construction. Stool for chair was completely destroyed and no response from property management which whatever but I don't want blamed for it. Floors looked clean but as soon as you walk barefoot on it they turn black after a few steps. No locks work for elevator or for back gate they are all broke. Again not a big deal to me but some may not feel very secure. But it's a great location and would still come back

The location for this place was the best and the reason why we chose it. The place was clean when we arrived. Just a few things that didn’t go smooth were:Combination of door did not work. Place needs more mirrors. Could use additional blankets. Couches need to be replaced. The pool was perfect and a great way to end a day on the beach. Thanks

Terrible Experience at Sandy Shores

When we arrived we tried to contact the manager at the office. The door was locked so we called the number. A lady answered and told us she wasn’t able to help us bc she was “out and about” but we could just park wherever and go to our condo. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs. When we got to our condo we noticed a sign on the door informing us we would not have access to walk in or out of the rented condo for 2 full days of our stay due to the walkway floors being repainted. When I tried to clarify this with management I was told the company I booked through or the owner should have informed us bc the repairs had been scheduled for over a month. We weren’t informed until we checked in. Once inside the condo we noticed the floors were covered in sand, the baseboards were missing and the drywall was being repaired throughout the condo.Many pieces of furniture including the living room ottoman, one of the patio chairs and the dresser drawers were broken. The pillows were stained with brown or yellow stains and one of the pillows had blood stains on it. The building was being power washed throughout our entire stay. The machine was extremely loud and disruptive when trying to sleep. On April 28-29 the walkways were taped off and we were not allowed to come or go from the condo between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm. The staff were rude and not at all helpful. We paid for 5 days but were really only allowed to use the condo for 3. Don’t stay here!

Family fun

Just had a great stay with my family. The condo and the facilities were clean and the staff we encountered were friendly. The accommodations were very comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the area. The only complaint was that our parking spot was not clearly marked, luckily my 10 year old happened to notice the faint raised pavement where the paint had worn off previously. The lock to get into the condo was also difficult to use because one of the numbers was not working very well. The code just needs to be changed to make things easier. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

First the elevator worked intermittently and its floor covering looked tacky. 1 chair on the balcony was broken as was the ottoman inside. Some walls looked unfinished. No bathmats in bathrooms and the refrigerator door needed touched up. There needs directions for tv, very frustrating trying find channels. They need regular moving carts not 1 grocery cart to move in with. air and heat were great, the recliners were fantastic and beds were very comfy

Beautiful beach across from John’s Pass

Great location, beach is easy to access (elevators and short walk). The unit was on 3rd floor. View of the pass, not the ocean although it was nice. If you like to fish, bring poles and get a day license, noticed many fishing under the pass. Unit was clean and comfortable for us. Has a few beach chairs, umbrellas, volleyball in the unit available for use. Few things missing for cooking etc. The lock on entry door code was an issue to get in every time, noticed a couple of broken items in the condo.I reported to the agent immediately via app/email. No response from them the entire time. . I’d stay at this location again. Maybe a beach view next time. Enjoy your trip, cheers! !
