Updated in fall 2023, Ram Sea 112 features new flooring, refreshed bathrooms, and welcoming coastal decor. The spacious living room includes comfortable seating, a flat-panel cable television, and sliding glass doors framing the Gulf-front setting. An open dining area provides plenty of room for families and friends to share meals during their North Redington Beach vacation. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, generous counter space, breakfast bar seating, and everything needed to enjoy dining at home. An additional pantry provides convenient food storage, while a separate bar with a mini refrigerator makes it easy to keep cold drinks ready for relaxing and entertaining.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and flat-panel cable television. The second bedroom includes two queen beds with mattresses added in 2025, while the third bedroom offers one queen bed. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. This is a smoke free vacation rental. Two parking spaces are provided. Saturday only arrivals are required during peak seasons. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
