Kitchen: Spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need! Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee and Keurig duo, and toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Dining table with 6 chairs and 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
Living Area: Walking into this home you will experience vaulted ceilings and a beautiful brick fireplace with a living area that has plenty of luxury along with a stylish ocean feel. Cozy furniture to settle in for a movie night or gaming on the large TV. The couch in the living room has a pull-out Queen bed that sleeps 2.
Bedroom #1: This bedroom has ocean/seaside decor with a Queen-size bed, dresser, and closet shelves along with a TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #2: Full-over-Full bunk bed. Includes a chair and TV.
Bathroom #1: The guest bathroom is a full bath with an enclosed glass door shower/tub combination.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer.
Bedroom #3: The master bedroom consumes the whole upper level!! Your own private floor with an ensuite bathroom and King-size bed. Walk-in closet with a gorgeous sliding barn door. TV and couch are also in the master for relaxing. Seascape decor and pure luxury.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Double vanity, standing shower, and a tub for a bubble bath.

Important Information
House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2. No parties or events. 3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals. Please only take pets out in the front yard. Do not take them onto the turf. 4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner. Please only take dogs out in the front yard. Do not take them out on the turf.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 2-3 parking spaces in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. You cannot park in the garage and street parking is not permitted.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature. * Pool Heating: $50 / day between November 1st and April 1st.

We had a great time here. Booking is done through a rental company even if you book through VRBO, which is fine. They accommodated an early check in for us, which was helpful due to our travel schedule. We traveled the week of Christmas with kids and the holiday decorations really kicked it up for us - that was really thoughtful. I wish there were a few more supplied items in the house - a few more trash bags, and a few kitchen items (strainer, roasting pan, more Tupperware), some extra blankets for the beds would be helpful. The grill was also in rough condition - very rusty. We did experience some ants in the kitchen, but it wasnt a big deal - just something they need to address. The outdoor area was nice - great to have the lawn games and plenty of seating options for the whole family. The pool was clean and warm. The location was very convenient to grocery stores, beaches, and a short drive to downtown St. Pete. Overall a perfect fit for our family this trip.

All around perfect!
Everything about this property was perfect! The house and outdoor space were very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxation and to enjoy while not visiting nearby attractions. The kids were in the pool from the time they woke up until the time they went to bed and had the most amazing time. Redington beach was only a 10 min drive and was by far the most beautiful beach we found in the area. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you to the hosts for an unforgettable and comfortable vacation!

Christmas Vacation
We arrived at Terraza de Yona to a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations. This VRBO is beautiful, clean and stocked with ALL the essentials. We had the perfect week. Close to the beach and close to all kinds of stores. Downtown St Petersburg was lovely. We headed to Sarasota for the day to PopStroke, check it out. Also Johns Pass is delightful with plenty to do. Our favorites Dockside Dave’s & Salt Rock Grill gotta try the grouper and Key Lime pie. We would love to stay at Terraza de Yona again!

This property is extremely clean and just as pictured. Everything worked perfectly, kids loved pool and backyard play area. Highly recommend. There is a loose paver on front sidewalk that could be a hazard. It’s kind of pushed up.

Owners have done a great job decorating!
Loved the property! Feel like management could be doing a better job. Pool was not very clean (some mold on sides, same with upstairs shower. We had some issues with the ice maker & dirty bedspread. Backyard looks wonderful, but it is full of red ants, chiggers, & mosquitoes.we are tore up from bug bites.

This house is amazing for a family of 4 or more.Everyone has their space. Clean, peaceful pool/outdoor area. Few minutes from a beautiful beach that was not crowded any day we were there, just what we were hoping for! Close to Indian Shores restaurants, good choices there, we were staying away from overcrowded Clearwater Beach area. Thank you for a wonderful stay, wish it was longer.

Was a great place. Convenient to beach, restaurants, etc. Pool was great. House very clean. Could have been instructions left to operate TV. Unlike home use of Spectrum, didn't know you had to access Spectrum using an app. Nick, Management Company, very prompt answering questions and getting us someone to help with. minor issues. Very pleasant experience! One more thing to note. There is a small spot on walkway where bricks was very uneven. We were careful, but a definite safety issue....trip hazard. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back!
