Guests have praised the layout, which allows for individual family wings, ensuring everyone enjoys their own space within the residence. Gather around the expansive kitchen and dining table that comfortably seats 10, fostering shared moments and memorable meals! 🔷GUEST ACCESS:
Parking for 4 vehicles MAX. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. No parking on the street.

The house is equipped with a smart lock. Guests will receive access codes before check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
🔷TRIP INSURANCE:
Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance offered by VRBO. This would financially cover unforeseeable events (such as weather-related incidents, airline cancellations, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family). Refunds for a guest's inability to fulfill the reservation will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the event a guest wants to cancel a reservation and is asking for a full/partial refund for events that would have been covered by trip insurance, we will refer them back to this where we strongly suggested the purchase of trip insurance.

🔷PROPANE:
The BBQ grill and fireplace require propane to use. It is the responsibility of the guest to refill propane if desired. The host will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the guests' use of the propane. Use at your own risk.

🔷NEIGHBORHOOD:
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM daily. Please minimize noise and bring activity inside at 10:00 PM. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guests disturb the neighbors and disregard house rules.

🔷TRIP SUPPLIES:
We provide an initial supply of trip supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. In addition to regular towels, we also supply beach towels. Please do not expect an unlimited amount of supply, be prepared for a food and supply trip to the multiple grocery stores nearby.

🔷SMART TV's:
There are 3 Smart Roku TV's in the home for streaming your own television applications. Please note, there is high speed Wireless Internet in the home, but no cable TV.

🔷GARBAGE:
Trash pickup days are on Monday and Thursday. Please place trash bins at the end of the driveway the night before pick up.

🔷GUEST COUNT:
The number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS ELEVEN. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded.

The entire house and property is designed and set up for guests on vacation that want to feel like they are at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities and is completely private.
