You’re only a hop, skip and jump away from the stunning teal waters of the Gulf of Mexico and many picturesque viewpoints. A short walk from Caddy’s casual dining, Salt Rock Fine Dining and Morning Coffee. Enjoy a home away from home with plenty of sun and sand at your fingertips. Located on the West Coast of Florida (in the charming beach town of Indian Shores), Pelican Pointe offers many amenities to completely satisfy your stay.
Welcome to this spacious, single-story condo, perfect for a relaxing getaway! The open layout seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen to the dining area, which comfortably seats six. Enjoy easy access to the large balcony through two glass sliding doors—one from the living area and the other from the kitchen/dining area. This expansive balcony is perfect for soaking in the sun and enjoying meals near the water’s edge and features a spiral staircase for direct access to the white sandy beach.

The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, making it an ideal spot for unwinding after a day of adventure. The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a twin bed, plus an additional roll-out twin bed located in the closet. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

For your convenience, the condo has a full-size washer and dryer, Cold A/C, Free WiFi, a full time ice maker, a dehumidifier to help keep you comfortable. And assigned covered parking for two cars, plus a storage unit with beach chairs and portable BBQ. Please note that this property does not have an elevator.

Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog & Parrot Beach Pub, and more! If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. You won’t run out of things to do here!!
