Welcome to our Oceanview Cottage at Blue Waters treasure Island! Enjoy all the beauty that Treasure Island has to offer with this stunning, renovated, charming and cozy cottage, located in a privileged and convenient location, just steps away from the gorgeous and most important not overly crowded Sunset Beach. Enjoy all kinds of beach activities in this little paradise! When you are ready to explore the area, take advantage of the delicious restaurants, bars, supermarket, and shops the area has to offer, some of which are within walking distance.

Our nautical-inspired cottage accommodates up to 6 guests with 1 comfortable king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and 1 queen-size pullout sofa-bed, along with 2 beautifully tiled bathrooms with a walk-in shower, complete with towels and all the toiletries you need throughout your stay. The unit includes a dining area and an equipped full-size kitchen with quartz countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary cooking and dining utensils, so it`s perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.

Blue Waters Treasure Island is a quiet and convenient vacation gateway with 13 unique units. Perfect for all kinds of travelers. Enjoy some pool time, chill in the hammock or have an outdoor dinner at one of the BBQ grills. By night, take in breath-taking sunsets, followed by night full of stars. We also offer a laundry area with coin-operated washers and dryers, a folding station, and brooms and dustpans. And if you would like to rent our amazing beach items such as Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, we have some of the best prices in town!

• We are a pet-friendly property in selected units. This unit part of our pet-friendly units. Pets are welcome with an extra non-refundable fee.
• There is no capacity to place extra beds or cribs in the room. It is not permitted to have more than maximum occupancy of 6 people
• Please note that this unit has 2 free parking space included. There is an extra charge if you require additional parking spaces*

Please note that all reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to 40% of the total cost of the booking. This will be charged when you made your reservation. The full remaining balance of 60% will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If your reservation was made within 30-days, the payment will still be divided and you will see two separate charges on you credit card statement.
HOUSE RULES

1. Quiet Hours
-Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No swimming, no music, and keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors.

2. Occupancy & Visitors
-Maximum occupancy is based on the booked unit
-Only registered guests are allowed on property
-No visitors or unregistered guests at any time
-No parties or events without prior written approval
-Guest must be 21+ to book and stay (minors must be with a 21+ adult)

3. Parking
-Units 1–5 & 8–9: 1 space
-Units 6–7, 10–12 & 14: 2 spaces
-Parking pass must be displayed at all times
-Park only in designated areas
-No RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis, or oversized vehicles without written approval
-Violations may result in towing at owner’s expense

4. Check-In / Check-Out
-Check-in: After 4:00 PM
-Check-out: By 10:00 AM
-Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval and can be added from guest portal

5. Smoking
-100% smoke-free property
-Smoking allowed only in the designated smoking area
-No smoking in units, pool area, porches, or common areas

6. Pets
-Pets allowed only in approved pet-friendly units with prior approval
-Maximum 2 pets per unit
-Pets must be under control and not left unattended
-Guest is responsible for any damage or disturbances

7. Service Animals
-Service animals are welcome as defined by the ADA in any unit
-Must be under control, housebroken, and not left unattended
-Guest is responsible for any damage or extra cleaning
-Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not service animals under ADA

8. Housekeeping
-We do not provide daily housekeeping but we do offer Mid-Stay cleaning services during guests stay upon request for an additional fee.
-Towel or linen changes are not provided daily but can be provided upon request
-For longer stays, scheduled housekeeping or linen refresh is available by arrangement, subject to availability and additional fees
-Stays over 28 days require at least one mid-stay cleaning every 28 days (or biweekly, as scheduled by Management)
-Guests may also use the on-site self-service laundry room (card or coin operated)

9. Conduct
-No parties, events, or illegal activity
-Respect other guests, neighbors, and property
