The Living Space

***Livingroom - Come inside and recline in the spacious living room cooled by central air conditioning.
In the living area is a new love-seat, extremely cozy and a sleeper sofa bed easily converted to a Queen bed with a comfortable memory gel foam mattress that can accommodate two young adults. A large flat screen 55" TV is in the living room along with free internet and WiFi. If you need to get some work done while on vacation, there is a desk set up to assist.

***Bedroom - This beautifully decorated bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with a brand new memory foam gel mattress and has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a walk-in closet, nightstands, ample dresser drawers, and a flat-screen 55" screen TV.

***Bathroom - This newly contemporary tiled bathroom with high-end vanities with double sinks and a large shower with glass doors are supplied with luxury towels and a hairdryer.

***Kitchen - The Kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, electric stove, and refrigerator all of which are stainless steel and full size. The kitchen also includes a regular coffee machine, toaster and blender. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Dining area provides a beautiful table that can sit six guests. In-unit laundry room just off the kitchen includes a new full-size washer and dryer.

*** The condo is located on the 3rd top floor
*** The buildings of The Avalon complex do not have elevators and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
*** For the safety of everyone entering or leaving the property there is a doorbell located on the outside door at the entrance to the house and facing the hallway. The doorbell contains a camera and is an audio recording device that captures everyone entering and leaving the property.

*** We do not allow smoking in our condo, or on our balconies as it negatively impacts other guests who are renting. Evidence of smoking inside or outside a unit will result in assessment of a $500 deep cleaning fee.

*** No more than 4 occupants and overnight guests, exceeding this limit may require the guests to forfeit their booking costs and/or to pay additional fees for the additional guests.

*** Pets are not allowed.
