Cute, spacious 2 BR 2 Full BA condo minutes from the beaches

Your family will love this 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo minutes from the beautiful gulf beaches of Florida. Only about a 5 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach and about 15-20 minute drive to Clearwater beach. Easy access to Clearwater, Dunedin, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Clearwater/St. Pete airport is only about 20 minutes away. There are so many great dining and shopping choices nearby!

This 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo is located on the second floor, and has been recently updated with new flooring and new paint.

Living room has sofa and loveseat which both pull out to queen and twin beds for extra space. We also have a pack and play with mattress insert for young children. Living room has a 55" Roku TV with YouTube live TV we provide for our guests. You can also utilize all other smart TV apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc with your own subscriptions. We also have board games and books for you to enjoy. There are beach chairs and a cooler to use for trips to the beach!

Off the living room is a screened in lanai with a quiet, peaceful view.

Kitchen has all the basics to prepare meals. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig to start your day! We have free k cups and creamer/sugar provided. There is a high chair available if needed.

Master bedroom has a king bed and another 44" TV with Roku connected. It also has an en suite full bathroom. Also has walk in closet with plenty of space.

Second bedroom has a queen bed and blackout curtains (great for kids!). This bedroom has 1 closet. Second full bathroom is right next to bedroom.

We provide extra towels, wash cloths, beach towels, extra blankets, sheets, and pillows. Hair dryer and first aid kit also available.

In unit washer and dryer available for small loads of laundry. Detergent is provided.

Community features a nice pool with entrance just steps away from the condo and gas grill available for use!

We also have 2 beach chairs, 2 coolers, 2 boogie boards, pool floats, children beach toys, and a football. Plenty for the perfect trip to the beach!

Host was great at communication. The place was well equiped with the essentials. Check in/out was easy. Location is great and in a nice quiet community. We have an infant so the pack and play and high chair were a great bonus to our stay. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect, just as described. 2 BR/2BA, just steps away from the pool. Parking was easy. The host was very responsive. The condo was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe. Very close to all the shopping you need, great restaurants and the beach. It is on the 2nd floor and is one flight of stairs, which I was a little concerned about because my husband is 80 years old and still recovering from a widow-maker heart attack; however, he was able to navigate the steps OK. The condo is well stocked with everything you need in a home away from home. The stacked washer/dryer were handy in the kitchen. Check-in was easy and the host was very timely with the info needed to access the condo. We will stay there again if we have the need to be in the area.

Girls Trip

My mom, two sisters and I had a long weekend visit to see family nearby. It was wonderful having the screened in porch, the pool right outside the door and a washer and dryer available. The condo is stocked yet somewhat limited if you have a larger group. Close to beaches and shops yet right outside of the touristy area. It felt very clean and welcoming and we felt very comfortable staying there. We would definitely stay there again!

We couldn’t be more thankful for the great hospitality Shannon provided with her beautiful place. Everything was so convenient, it had all the appliances, took advantage of the pool, shopping centers near by, the beach. Any questions we had, she would answer right away. Check in and check out was so smooth. Again thank you, can’t wait to come back.

Nice spring break stay

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The community is nice and quiet. Several days, we were the only people at the pool. We loved that there were beach chairs provided. The unit itself is nice—not completely updated, but very functional. Host was wonderful—excellent communication. You will definitely need a car if staying here, with many restaurants and beaches within 15 minutes, but nothing witjin walking distance.

Hate to leave a poor review…

My family and I stayed at this property for a week over spring break. Things we liked: The baby stuff (pack and play, high chair), pool, location, and price. Things that could’ve been improved: * We didn’t receive a building/unit number in advance, so we didn’t know where to go when we arrived. I called the host and she called me back shortly after. We found the building but the access code for the smart lock didn’t work, so had to call the host again and she reset it. We appreciated the responsiveness, but after 12 hours of traveling with two young children the extra hoops were pretty frustrating. * It could’ve been better stocked. Things like k cups for the Keurig (there were 2, decaf), paper towels (1 roll), wash rags (there were 3 very scratchy ones)…little touches go a long way. The reason why we won’t stay here again: The downstairs neighbor. We arrived around 8pm. We were in the process of unloading the car and moving in bags and kids when my husband was approached by the man living downstairs. Without introduction he simply said (in an aggressive tone) “Are you the one upstairs?” (Yes) “You have kids?” (Yes) “You woke me up.” My husband apologized and we tried our best to move in and get everyone settled quietly. For the next few nights the neighbor blasted bass heavy music and TV at dinner time/kids bedtime. It was unnecessarily loud; felt like it was in retribution for that first night. We felt like we were walking on eggshells the rest of the week.

Great location-easily accesible to many locations

A great little find close to so many destinations. We were able to go to Clearwater, St. Petes, and Tampa because it was so centrally located. A super safe area with lots of stores close by. Having 2 bathrooms and laundry right in the apartment was so convenient. It's close to the pool also. Communication with the owner was so easy. The bedrooms are a very good size. Great value for what you get.

Nice vacation

I didn't realize the property was in an apartment complex. But the residents I met were all very Friendly! The owners were very quick to respond. They were also very accommodating to my flight changes.
