Absolutely incredible water views as far as the eye can see, take in colorful skies at sunset and look all the way to downtown St Pete in the distance. This top floor condo is not only beautifully decorated and equipped, you have the best of all worlds w/ beach access directly across the street, a block from John's Pass and a wonderful balcony to overlook the winding Intracoastal waterways. We provide beach equipment for your stay and a stocked kitchen, making your beach vacation a breeze!

We are located on the top floor of this condo building, accessed by elevator with an interior entrance off the hallway. We have electronic locks for your convenience throughout your stay. Upon entering the condo, you will see the balcony across the main space, wth the water views. The kitchen is part of the main space and has the essentials needed to cook meals at the condo, with seating for 6 in the dining space. The guest bath and small bedroom are located down a hall across from the kitchen. This bedroom includes a bunk with queen bed on bottom and twin on top (twin is intended for children, not full grown adults, weight limit of 100 lbs) In the hall is a closet with washer and dryer as well. The main bedroom is located off the living room and boasts a king bed and AMAZING views, with bath attached!

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.

No Parties! No Gatherings!

No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.

No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.

- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.

- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony

- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged

- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
