Pros: We wanted a place to celebrate a 50th birthday for the whole family and this place was a great size. The bunk bed area was perfect for 4 kids. The kitchen had everything, the location was walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the view was gorgeous. The kayaks, golf cart, pool, and hot tub were great additional amenities.Communication was fast at first, but closer to our stay I only received automated messages, no direct responses. Not sure if this was because it was around the holidays. One of the auto messages mentioned that the pool & hot tub couldn't be heated at the same time, and that we had to call a given number to operate the pool heat. Until I was finally directed to Julie, who was very helpful, this was a pain. If you're going at a time when you may to use both, this is something to know. The house did not have the arcade game as indicated in the picture. Not a huge deal, but it was a pictured feature that wasn't actually there.The info provided in the house was out of date (ex: trash collection info) so I had to contact for assistance a few times for different questions. Lastly, if you stay here, consider bringing your own towels,TP, and detergent. I understand why hosts don't provide endless supplies, but for a house this expensive it felt cheap to have these things strictly rationed by the host, considering our stay was a full week.

The house and amenities were perfectly described. The house is absolutely beautiful! This house was perfect to spend a 3 day weekend getaway with my girlfriends. All the rooms are very spacious and the house was very clean. The kitchen looked like it was fully stocked even though we did not do any cooking. We really enjoyed the heated spa as well. The elevator was a plus! I highly recommend this home.

This place is pretty great. Most VRBOs have a mix of king/queen/twin beds. This place has 5 good size bedrooms with 5 king size beds. Great for a friends to have a get together. Hanging on the dock watching the dolphins was so much fun.

Great getaway spot

Overall wonderful experience. Things to note are that boat slip is accessible to guests but the boat lift is not. Spa/Jacuzzi needs to be activated by owner / manager so that can be a bit of a downside. Overall those things should not be deal breakers and we all had a wonderful experience and would definitely go back again.

We can't begin to say how wonderful our stay was at the Oasis! The house was perfect for our family and is absolutely stunning. It was comfortable and super clean. The golf cart is the best! The host was extremely fast in his responses. We will definitely go back!

Very inpressed

We all had an excellent time at this unit. Very spacious, excellent location, and very clean. Nick was very helpful in the weeks leading up to the stay and throughout the check-in process, and was very prompt with his responses. The only issue was that we had reached out to the number provided to have the hot tub heater turned on, and it never was. But, this did not prove to be a major issue as it tended to be too warm outside to use the hot tub.

Amazing experience for our multi-generational family gathering

We had an incredible weekend stay at the Oasis. We were extremely pleased with the accommodation, comfort, amenities and communication, especially for what was a relatively short, off-season stay.One of our family members is in a heavy power chair and relies on several accessibility items. Nick was incredibly accommodating in allowing our equipment rental vendor to deliver a bed, hoyer, etc. The elevator was a must have for our trip!It always seems to be the coldest days of the year in Florida when we visit so we were glad that Nick was quick to respond when we requested for the hot tub to be heated.The construction grade of the house is exceptional. All family members of varying preferences all reported comfortable beds. We loved that the kitchen, coffee bar and linen closets were so well stocked and picked up several ideas for our own vacation rentals!Thanks again for a great stay. We plan to return!

Great location, home needs some work

Great location. We loved the area. The sunrise and sunset views from the home were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the elevator was a great convenience especially for my 80 year old mom as the staircase banisters were loose and moved easily. Overall this is a great home but we did have a few issues. The video game advertised was not in the home which was disappointing and we could only use one kayak as the other one smelled horribly of fish. We found that some left bait fish in the storage area of the kayak. The biggest issue were the roaches in one of the third floor bathroom. We did not see them anywhere else in the home. This is a great rental that needs some TLC.

Wedding and family vacation

I CANNOT say enough about HOW INCREDIBLE this property is! The pictures are gorgeous but it is so much better in real life! It is SO nice that it felt great just to hang out there even though the beach is so close! The views of the bay, the pool, the hot tub, the dock for fishing, the grill. Everyone slept well in the King beds! The HUGE space is wonderful for a large group. It gives people space to be alone if it is wanted or needed! Everything is provided! I felt like the queen of the castle! I would definitely stay there again if I find myself back in the area. Thank you for making our vacation and incredible and memorable experience!! Just as an aside, we rented bikes for the week from a local business, it made the trip the the beach SUPER easy and gave everyone an easy access to all the local shops around the area. The beach access is literally at the end of the road just a few blocks away.

Great House

Great property that served our family of 12 very well. A couple minor issues were ants in the kitchen cabinets and the trash cans were full upon our arrival. I raised these issues and unfortunately they weren’t addressed during our stay. Ultimately it didn’t put too much of a strain on our stay.
