  • The LARGEST Weekly Rental in all of North Clearwater Beach! Two houses (or a 1min walk) to the BEACH!

    Totally renovated from the ground up- The Triplex is clean and beautifully maintained. It consists of three units: Main House- 4 Bed (King, King, Queen, Queen) / 3 Baths (2 Ensuite and 1 Shared), Upper Unit - 2 Bed (Queen, Queen) / 1 Bath; Lower Unit - 2 Bed (King, Queen) / 1 Bath. Great dedicated (per unit) and shared (only with this listing) outdoor areas and a new beautiful pool with a child friendly wading area. The property is beautifully landscaped!

    In total, there are 8 total bedrooms (3 King and 5 Queen) which can accommodate up to 16 people. The property is located in a quaint quiet residential neighborhood close to all of the great activities that Clearwater Beach has to offer! Down the street, the new McKay Park offers a playground and 6 pickleball courts!

    The property is not reserved until the first payment is made.

    Given the property sits in a residential neighborhood, it may not be utilized for parties (bachelor, etc) or events. Loud music is prohibited and quiet hours (10pm to 8am are strictly enforced in the neighborhood).

    Our property is located approximately 90 minutes from Disney World, MGM, and Sea World; and 45 minutes form Busch Gardens. AND, our property is located just 10 minutes from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium - home of the famous dolphins Winter and Hope!

We had a family reunion over the weekend and rented all 3 properties onsite. What an amazing experience! Everything was well-stocked and clean and pretty much new. Also a very easy walk to the beach and plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again soon!

We had a wonderful vacation in Clearwater Beach! The units were beautifully updated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach towels and all of the beach gear, which made our trips to the beach so easy. The pool area, conveniently located between the units, was a perfect place to relax and offered plenty of seating for everyone. The beach itself was just a short walk away. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Clearwater Beach!

This property was fantastic! We had a multigenerational family vacation & the houses were perfect for all ages (5-76!) We loved having the separate houses for a little space & the main house where everyone can gather. The house was well stocked for cooking meals. The beach was beautiful & just a short walk away. We were thrilled to find all the beach toys, carts, and chairs to use but the best part was having the beach almost to ourselves. The pool was amazing & we very much appreciated the safety gate around the pool to keep our little ones safe. Overall, we had a great stay & really appreciate the care & thought our hosts put into the rental property.

This property is amazing! We had 7 adults and 5 children stay here for 8 nights! It was phenomenal! Beautiful house and the 2 separate units of the triplex are amazing! We loved having the pool and the beach being a short walk! Great sunsets and family time! Thank you for a memorable vacation in Clearwater! We highly recommend this luxury vacation home(s). Communication with the host was great before, during and after the vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The multi-family units worked out great for our families. The nice pool and being close to the beach were highlights for us. The owners thought of everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Hope we can return sometime!

Fun Stay

Overall was a nice stay. Master bath was a bit cramped but the rest was great. Appreciated all the towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys provided.

We loved our stay. Rooms are well equipped and apportioned. Perfect for large groups who also want individual spaces. 1 block walk to beach with all that you need provided.

Easy communication, great location, fantastic pool. Ryan was very responsive. Main kitchen was extremely well equipped. The beach was RIGHT THERE and so full of incredible shells!

Family Beach Reunion

Multiple family members used all three units - perfect for couple with toddler to have private unit, lots of privacy and yet accommodates a large group very well. Perfect distance from the beach. Well stocked kitchen and grill, plenty of pool chairs, beach gear/toys. Peaceful and quiet and still very close to the popular restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful beach property!

Perfect location, plenty of everything and comfy beds! The manager went above and beyond to help us out when we forgot some medication when we checked out. They saved it and met with us at night to return it! We were so grateful ! Stay here and have fun !

The stay was very relaxing. Plenty of room. Pool very clean. Pool toys, wagons and chairs very helpful. Lots of pool chairs, loungers all around pool. Grill was great and totally worry free due to gas piped in. Pool towels everywhere.

Perfect beach vacation home

We had a great stay at this beach vacation home. It is so close to the beach (approximately a 2 minute walk). It was very clean and well stocked. We traveled as a large family and had a 1.5 year old and 9 year old with us and it was well set up for the kids, even had high chair, toys, beach equipment. We loved the privacy of having three separate units so we can spend time together but also have our own space. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great house!

We had a big group and everyone loved being able to stay together in one property. We ate meals at home in the well equipped kitchen, walked to the inlet for sunrise, walked to the beach multiple times a day (we didn’t miss a sunset!) and swam in the pool. The house is in a fabulous quiet location. We were even able to walk to Caladesi Island - which is breathtaking! When we had a question, the owner, Ryan, was quick to respond! Great stay - highly recommend!

Possibly the most beautiful vrbo we have ever stayed in

Just wow! What a pristine beach home. The layout is absolutely perfect for multiple families. Everyone can have their own space, keep their own food, then gather together at the pool for fun. A literal walk away from the beach, they had all the chairs, wagons, umbrellas, and sand toys we needed for the perfect day on the sand. Also had an abundance of beach towels which is always appreciated! This home is absolutely gorgeous, and the beach is stunning. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beach home because of it's amazing location, cleanliness, darling decor, and set up.
