Guests have access to the entire unit (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located directly on the golf course fairway, within walking distance to St. Pete Beach, with a short drive (20 minutes or less) to downtown St. Petersburg with an array of museums, restaurants and events, this is the perfect vacation destination. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are plenty of options nearby, including sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and more. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, explore the nearby beaches, this condo has it all.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area. Please note that parking is $150 per stay per the HOA.

This is a golf course front unit. Please note that the course is pretty to look at, but guests are not able to play. There are ample public golf courses in St. Petersburg and nearby towns for golfers.
This unit is not recommended for families with young kids, as this is a quiet and laid back community.
No Pets are allowed
Please note there is one exterior facing camera on the back patio.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
