Please note that the balcony is currently closed due to ongoing exterior construction, and there may be nearby construction activity during your stay. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect this temporary inconvenience.
This beautifully decorated condominium is ideally located for your beach getaway. Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, located on the sixth floor, comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is thoughtfully designed with details that make you feel right at home.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for families or small groups.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you may need during your stay and opens to the dining and living areas, allowing you to enjoy Gulf views while preparing meals or relaxing indoors.
Guests can take advantage of the property’s amenities, including the pool area, a beachside volleyball court, and shared barbecue grills perfect for preparing outdoor meals. While the balcony is currently closed due to construction, the property’s location and amenities still provide a wonderful setting for a relaxing beach vacation.

If you are looking to create beach memories that will last a lifetime, this beachfront condominium is the perfect choice. Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, it is ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, or a relaxing escape from colder weather.
The property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and local attractions and sits directly along the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop aboard the trolley and travel easily between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach in approximately 30 minutes, enjoying the many activities the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the comfort and privacy of your vacation beach home.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself relaxing on a wide sandy beach with gentle waves rolling onto the shore. Picture a quiet afternoon by the pool with a good book in hand, or a romantic evening stroll along the shoreline as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico.
And of course… don’t forget your camera.
Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.
Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool will be closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction activities conclude, and it remains open all day on weekends.
