The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and enjoy your meals at the dining area with seating for 4 and additional seating at the island. The spacious bedroom has 2 queen beds and TV and the bathroom has a combo shower/tub.
Enjoy the unobstructed Intercoastal view across Gulf Blvd. to watch boats of all sizes cruising by while drinking your morning coffee on your large open balcony. Dolphin sightings are common so bring your binoculars. Head out to the heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathing. Nice charcoal grill area to cook up your catch of the day. Private boat dock available for your use.

Within close distance to multiple restaurants, activities and, directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
