Although the large Gulf-front balcony is currently under construction and temporarily closed, the property still offers access to the beach, a relaxing heated pool, and all the comforts needed for a wonderful beach vacation.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and local attractions and sits directly along the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop aboard the trolley and travel easily between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach in approximately 30 minutes, enjoying the many activities the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and comfort of your beach retreat.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself relaxing on a wide sandy beach with gentle waves rolling onto the shore. Picture a quiet afternoon by the pool with a good book in hand, or a romantic evening stroll along the beach as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Currently, this balcony is being restored. We've been told its scheduled for completion in May 2026. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.
Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool will be closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction activities conclude, and it remains open all day on weekends.
