There are four beautifully designed bedrooms throughout this home. The master bedroom is on its own side of the house, equipped with a California king bed, smart TV, & private ensuite bathroom. On the other end of the house are the three remaining bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms have one queen bed in each, while the fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. There is also a queen pullout sofa available to use in the living room.

This home has two full bathrooms. The private master ensuite bathroom has one sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. On the other end of the house, the second bathroom has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people, plus 6 additional seating options around the kitchen counter.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

Everything at this house was super clean. There was more than enough items included when arriving, kitchenware, towels, trash bags, items for the pool. The host really sets you up to have a relaxing vacation and the communication was a smooth process Everytime we had any questions. This is a great place to stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The host was available for any questions we had and for any requests.The house was clean and spacious! Decorated very well! Had all of the amenities we needed to keep us busy. The grass was tall when we got there but she had her workers to come and mow. The primary bathtub had a leak in the shower and was draining slow but during our stay, we saw some parts being delivered for the bathroom, so I assume it is now fixed! Overall, wonderful stay and we will be staying here again!

The overall stay here was a success and we had a good time. The communication with Sabrina was excellent as she responded very quickly all the time. The location of everything is a good spot and you are not to close or far from beaches. Here are the pros and cons of the stay.Pros:Communication with Sabrina was excellent. Kitchen and game rooms are really cool and were a hit. The Fire Pit was nice.Kids toys for the pool was great. Hot Tub was nice and clean. Multiple TV's all over the house and rooms. Cons:We ran into some issues and some updates are needed. Bunk bed stairs had a chipped step and was very loose.The dishwasher was partly broken. No railing on the top side and hard to close. (We didn't risk it or use it)One of the cabinet doors would not close. It was weird. One of the fans in back room did not work.Finally some of the pics for outside looked a lot better than it did when we arrived. Overall it was a fun and successful stay.

Not safe for evacuating

I was told that this would be a safe evacuation place high and dry I should've known when I got that address Riverside There was a creek in front of Did flood we had 4 to 5 feet of water in front of the house there are big trees everywhere. It was terrifying. When car washed away and the officer next-door told us it's very common to flood down there All the amenities look fine, but the hot tub was green when we arrived and the entire yard was flooded with green mold Owner did respond at the place that never flooded and this was unusual because it was a hurricane however, the kitchen floor is popping up and there were rocks all around the house for drainage. I think it flooded before The last disappointment was the two car garage. It's not actually a garage at all. It is walled off inside of the bedroom so we have nowhere safe to put the car golf cart that way evacuated with. House is decorated nice and the owner did try to respond and get someone out there but it was a storm so that's didn't happen I just wish she had been honest that there was a creek and no garage. It would've saved a lot of trouble and I definitely wouldn't rented this home for $1000 to evacuate 5 miles from my house.
