The location and views are excellent, but the unit needs a deep cleaning. We removed our shoes upon arrival, but our socks were filthy within an hour. The air vents had heavy dust buildup, and we found dust bunnies near the nightstands. Closets and drawers contained random, haphazardly stored items. The kitchen was poorly stocked, making it difficult to prepare meals. Additionally, beach towels and beach gear are not provided, which is disappointing for a beach rental.This is a second-floor unit, and the noise from the upstairs residents was a significant issue. On the first night, children were running, jumping and stomping until 1:00 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. We reported this to management, and while things improved slightly, noise continued daily, usually until 10:30–11:00 p.m. The constant noise made it hard to relax, and we found ourselves avoiding being at the condo. We stayed for seven days, and unfortunately, the noise remained a major issue throughout our stay.
