Great Beach Place 2 Bedroom-2 Bath Unit DROIT à cÎté de la plage / Johns Pass ** NOUVEAU **

Récemment rénové 2/2 situé sur le golfe de Madeira Beach, en Floride, juste en face de la promenade de John's pass qui abrite des boutiques, des restaurants et des bars.

Condo dispose d'un lit king-size dans le maĂźtre et deux nouveaux lits queen-size dans la chambre d'hĂŽtes.

Notre vue du 2Úme étage depuis le balcon est de la baie. Il est accessible depuis la salle familiale, ainsi qu'un accÚs privé depuis la chambre principale. Il a une vue magnifique sur le pont de John's Pass et le port.

La cuisine a été entiÚrement rénovée il y a quelques années. En août 2019, nous avons installé de nouveaux appareils électroménagers dans la cuisine! Nous avons ajouté de NOUVEAUX écrans plats dans toutes les piÚces: salle familiale, chambre principale et 2e chambre. Il y a un DVD dans la salle familiale et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans tout le condo, ainsi que la piscine. En août 2018, nous avons installé un ventilateur de terrasse sur le porche pour une circulation d'air et un confort supplémentaires sur le balcon.

Piscine chauffée située juste à cÎté de la plage. Le quartier a été récemment refait et a fiÚre allure!

C'est un super condo et réserve rapidement. Les magasins Beach & John's Pass à quelques pas!

Amazing location

This condo was absolutely the best location! We loved the close proximity to the beach and heated pool. Having a room with two queen beds was perfect for our family. The listing said it had ceiling fans and there weren’t. There was a fan in the master closet. The couch seemed new and that was a happy surprise.

Value is there

My husband had to keep reminding me that for the value the place was good. Beds were super soft!!! Sheets did not fit over mattress and topper! No fans so no air movement. We could hear the condo above us moving furniture continuously. The traffic from the bridge is really loud! Only 6 forks so we had to keep washing them. Very little glass wear. Not enough lighting in the living room to read at night, made you fall asleep so dark! Nightstand had crumbs on it when we got there. The pictures did not match the place for example, coffee pot different, couch different. Porch furniture needs to be replaced. The whole place needs to be painted. Do love the location! Size was great!

Location, location, location!

We came here for a birthday trip and had a fantastic time. The location of the condo is amazing. You can walk to everything
 Restaurants, bars, activities, boating, fishing, etc. Miles and miles of beautiful, white sand beaches! And the water is sooo warm on the gulf. The condo was wonderful! Clean and well stocked. It even had beach chairs.

We had a fantastic time at Beach Place! This condo is extremely spacious! We had so much room for our family of 6. It has everything you can possibly need making your stay easy and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!!

Great new experience!

This is the first time we visited Madeira Beach after quite a few years of going to Clearwater. It also was the first time we stayed in a condo rather than a hotel. It is a great location. Close to fishing, close to the water for getting some sun in and for exercise. And the condo was clean and spacious, and the owners paid great attention to detail for anything that we would need there. We will stay here again.

Nice condo

The condo was perfect and the location was great to the beach and Johns Pass. The only downfall was it is VERY noisy especially at night from the King bedroom due to the traffic racing across the bridge. If you are used to city traffic you would be fine but being from the country it definitely kept me awake. Condo was very clean and nice!

Nicely Renovated Beach Condo

The condo was nicely renovated, beds were very comfortable and the property was right on the beach. The host was very responsive to the few minor issues. The only negative for me was the loud noise from the drivers as the building is very close to the overpass and a lot of people were revving their cars and making noise throughout the night. But I guess that comes with being close to the beach. Overall, a very nice stay.

We have stayed at Beach Place Condos multiple times. This is the most updated place by far.

We had a business trip to Tampa and added Beach Place before we needed to go to Tampa. We love John’s Pass. This is a perfect place and so glad to know that we can book for a few nights instead of a whole week.

Thanksgiving on the Beach

Condo was great, beds were great, location is close to everything and you could walk right under the bridge to St. John’s Pass or the opposite way to the beautiful beach. Did not use the pool. This is not like a hotel, no shampoos, soaps or anything. Kitchen has pans, plates, glass & utensils but no paper towels, or any food staples like salt or pepper. If you are going to cook you need absolutely every ingredient from the grocery store to prepare a meal. The condo is great, the general property it is in is just so, so
kind of old and wore out, lots of noise at night with kids and loud cars at the public beach parking lot next door getting chased off by police. Nothing threatening, just annoying, had to keep balcony closed at night to help block the loud mufflers and engine revving/screeching tires. Overall it was great (minus the noisy cars/kids.)

Had a great time, that condo is beautiful. Our only complaint is that all the beds need new mattress. It was hard to sleep comfortably with such big dips in the middle.

People at Check -In were rude and very unaccomadating

Pictures on website do not accurately reflect the property or the unit. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and we left a day early. Pool was closed 1 entire day. Unit was hot. Towels were paper thin. Ice Maker did not work - only 2 ice trays - Heard traffic all night with loud trucks. Very disappointed and will not go back or recommend. The only positive was the location being right accross from Johns Pass Village.

Great Girls Getaway

The property was wonderful, clean and a great location. Took a shuttle to the condo and could walk or use the trolley to explore! The owners were great and reached out a couple of times. When the property management office was finally open, the office folks were very pleasant. We were able to make arrangements for a late check in for Saturday. But the office wasn’t open until Monday. The condo was perfect, pool and beach were clean! We had a great and relaxing trip!

Amazing place

We just left and the condo was perfect! We are a family of 4 with twins who are 21. They loved having separate beds. The condo is in an amazing location right across the street from shopping, eating and all activities. The pool was warm and plenty of places to be for the day! The beach here is beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous! Our favorite brunch place was Lisa’s Cafe and we loved the gator bites from Pirate’s Pub. We had coffee every morning from the deck and just beyond the trees you can see the ocean. We are from Oklahoma and we loved watching the drawbridge. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!
