Fully Renovated Beach Condo
The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach is located on Boca Ciega Bay and is less than a 10 minute walk to the white sandy beach. You can watch dolphins or fish from one of three fishing decks and see the amazing sunsets on the beach. MBYC is a gated well maintained facility.
MBYC is a private community that has suffered from the damage that Helene caused in September 2024. Our community has stayed strong and is still in process of being rebuilt. Our condo has been fully remodeled due to the storm. We are very proud of our new condo.
MBYC has two outdoor heated pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating tables, and fishing piers. Restaurants, shopping, bars and a public park are all within walking distance to this complex. John's pass is a short drive away.
Our unit is a 1st floor, two bedroom, one bath condo that is approximately 750 square foot. It has a fully- equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a king size bed. The second bedroom includes a full size bunk bed. This unit has a washer/dryer.
No smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged $800.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. No pets allowed.
$175.00 one time cleaning fee.
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require that at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age.
Two dishwasher pods will be provided and a small a small amount of detergent and softner. The bathroom will be provided with two rolls of toilet paper. Each sink with have soap. There will be one garbage bag and one paper towel for the kitchen. Linens, bath towels and beach towels will be provided.
Please provide your personal toiletries (shampoo, and bath soap).
If there are six guests a queen blow up bed will be provided, please notify host if needed beforehand. The full top bunk bed only allows for one person to sleep on it.
Additional Rules:
A photo ID will be required upon arrival during front office hours to get parking pass. Office is closed Saturdays & Sundays, open for guests Monday-Friday:10am-4pm.
Please respect our condo just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association.
Please be respectful of the 11am check-out time, so that the cleaning service can begin their work promptly, as they have other cleaning service appointments to meet.
For the Hoa/ office I will need some information from your reservation to register your stay. A few weeks before you check in I will reach out to make sure everything is still as planned and will require all the full names of the adults and the number of children staying if any. I would need to know the number of parking passes ( max is 2) and one address and phone number for the registration.
Disclaimer: Please note that the thermostat has been set to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature and should not be adjusted below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature has been chosen to ensure the proper functioning of the A/C system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant stay for everyone.
