    Welcome to your dream vacation destination! This newly updated and renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a beach lover's paradise, located just steps from the pristine white sands of Clearwater Beach.



    The Space:

    Make yourself at home in this renovated Clearwater Beach condo, where beach days are just a short walk away!



    Located on the top floor of Building B at Villas of Clearwater Beach, Fins Up offers approximately 1,100 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodations for six guests.



    An open layout and high ceilings give the condo a spacious, welcoming feel. Relax in the comfortable living area or step onto your private balcony for coffee in the morning and a drink after a day at the beach.

    The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two full beds and a Smart TV.



    Gather around the dining table for meals together. The updated kitchen features new GE appliances and quartz countertops, making cooking at home convenient.

    Enjoy the community’s shared pool and grilling facilities, with Clearwater Beach only steps away.

Mothers day weekend

We had a wonderful and restful getaway with some of our family. Would definetly stay here again. Quiet area, soooo close to beach and walking distance to shops, food and entertainment. Very clean, stocked kitchen and even beach supplies with towels. Pool was an added amenity we used often.

I'd love to stay there again!

Absolutely perfect! Clean, and just as pictured.There were beach towels, and numerous other necessities for a day at the beach. Great location as it's just steps from the beach, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

A Great Stay

We spent 11 days on Clearwater Beach. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for us. It was very accessible to everything that we needed. The easy access to the condo and pool area was wonderful. We plan to visit again soon.

Perfect spring break

This property was fantastic for our family of four. Close walking distance to anything we needed, beach very close and not too crowded. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Was happy to find some beach chairs and umbrella in the closet. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great week.

Beach Vacation

The property was just as advertised. The location was superb being just steps from the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It was clean with plenty of space and the Communication from the property manager was top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Our stay at Fins Up! was nothing short of perfect. The condo was clean and had EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you may need for your stay. The beach is steps away which was convenient! There are a good amount of steps up to condo entrance so this is not suitable for a handicapped individual. However, there’s extra gates/codes and locks for security purposes which just gives an extra little piece of mind! My family and I will definitely be back to this cozy, clean oasis! 10/10!!

Everything was very specific to detail. The pictures were accurate and up to date. The unit was very clean, no dust, smelled clean, and extremely happy with no mold or bugs!!!! I did not encounter 1 bug the entire 8 days I stayed. In 13 years that has never happened in any location on Clearwater Beach. The communication with the host was very prompt, and responsive. There were beach chairs, towels, accesories in the unit. I could not be happier with the location. I will seek this property only for future vacations!
