The master bedroom and living room share an extra-large balcony directly overlooking the beach with breathtaking panoramic views, perfect for enjoying our brilliant sunsets. The quiet, wide beach offers sparkling, white sand loaded with undiscovered seashells and relaxing cabanas. The heated swimming pool and whirlpool/spa stay warm all year long. There are two barbecue grills and a charcoal grill with
tables for pool-side fun. The Master bedroom has tropical island-style furniture with a luxurious king-size bed, en suite bathroom, ceiling fan, opens to the beachfront balcony. The second bedroom has two plush queen size beds with TV/DVD with panoramic views of intercoastal waterways. Third bedroom has new furniture with two twin size beds and TV/DVD also overlooking the intercoastal waterways. Very comfy leather sofa, a reclining chair, over-size rattan chairs, and ceiling fan in the living room opens to the beachfront balcony. There are ceiling fans and TV's in all of the bedrooms too! FREE secure WiFi in a condo along with washer/dryer.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
