Ce spacieux condo présente une décoration élégante en Floride et vous vous sentirez comme à la maison dès votre arrivée. Ce condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain a tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol, mobilier mis à jour et de nouveaux appareils, comptoirs en granit, salles de bains mises à jour, un balcon privé avec vue directe sur le golfe et est entièrement approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour avoir les meilleures vacances à la plage de votre vie ! Une fois que vous avez séjourné dans cette belle unité, vous ne voudrez peut-être jamais partir !!! Cet appareil n'a pas de téléphone. VEUILLEZ NOTER: Ceci est une propriété non-fumeur à l'exception de 2 zones fumeurs extérieures désignées.

    L'île d'émeraude est un bâtiment en front de mer situé à North Redington Beach. Ce bâtiment a 2 ou 3 chambres en option condos, tous qui auront une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique depuis leur propre balcon privé. Vous trouverez John’s Pass Village à environ 4 miles au sud, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, d’activités nautiques et de divertissements pour tous. Envie de monter des montagnes russes en ville? Busch Gardens à Tampa est à seulement une heure de route ou à proximité des parcs Disney et de toutes les autres attractions d’Orlando. L'aquarium de Floride à Tampa, l'aquarium de Clearwater (la maison de l'hiver, les dauphins), le casino Hard Rock, de magnifiques parcs d'État et des kilomètres de plages ne sont que quelques raisons de visiter nos plages du comté de Pinellas !!! Everything was great, from the accommodations to the weather. We were teased by the beautiful pool that looked ready to go but we weren’t able to take advantage of yet. When the repairs are complete on the hurricane damage, it will be perfect!

Overall our stay was great. The condo was nice and gave us plenty of room. The outside could use some upgrades and the gates getting to the pool and beach. The pool was nice, and loved that it was right by the beach! Short drive on Gulf Blvd to John's pass and other places to eat and have fun!

Good view of beach and sunset. Clean apartment with large main bedroom. Airy and bright. Very nice pool. Convenient location. Minimal noise. Lack of washer dryer was a bummer.

Kitchen well equipped. Nice view with the exception of the building next-door (which you have no control over). I saw in another review that the couch smells. I couldn't agree more. We couldn't even sit on it. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and this location.

Overall the stay was good. The kitchen was not as equipped as I would have liked. It also would have been great to have more towels and dish towels. It would have been nice to have a vacuum, as the broom that was provided was useless for sweeping up sand. The TVs in the bedroom would not connect to the wifi and I had to use my personal hotspot to watch netflix. The TV service in the main living space only worked sporadically.

We have stayed in that area in the past, love it. I don’t remember ever reading anything about a physical key to get into lobby/stair/elevator area. As well as pool and beach access. Very inconvenient. Everyone we talked to that stayed there agreed. I like the idea of being secure but people literally left the gates open sometimes so others didn’t have to dig for their keys. Get with the times and add numerical access codes like the condo room itself. I would consider myself pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness. I used my purchased antibacterial wipes to wipe down everything upon arrival. Under the beds and window sills and floor boards were covered in dust bunnies. But other than that place seemed clean. The blankets and extra bedding folded in closets did not smell like clean laundry but didn’t smell bad either. Couch smelled gross per my child. We covered it in sheets. Water pressure was wonderful. Carpet in hallways need to go. Decor was beautiful. Bed was uncomfortable. Back room with twin beds was always hot so the kids always slept with us. We couldn’t figure out bedroom TVs. And I feel like I’m pretty tech savvy. We did get shows in living room. No curtain in front of sliding balcony door. Which would’ve have been nice for privacy but also keeping the condo cool. We honestly enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again. I’m just trying to be very honest so sorry if this sounds brutal! I just wanted to include the negatives.

We had a a great stay. Location is perfect, beachfront. Beds confortable. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. The unit is a bit old. The windows are stained , the walls need some paint. The bathrooms are used. But this is ok. It is very comfortable. The only bug is the bugs. The one that are crawling in Florida. They are in the kitchen mainly and in the bedrooms. If the controls pest was up to date this would not be a problem. You got to bring beach towels. We got there middle of April. The pool and the sea are warm enough to swim. The Mexican restaurant in front is fun. We rented beach chairs for the week. It is not far from Clearwater and St Petersburg Beach. If it was not for the bugsssss, it would be perfect. It really affects the quality of the place. I would suggest a closed garbage container and a good bug spray. Enjoy!

Unit clean and well stocked with cooking equipment (except for wine glasses 🫤) we appreciated not needing so many keys with the new combination locks on units! Specifically Unit 104 needs a hand towel rack repair and sliding doors to balcony need blinds/privacy shade or something as it is fully visible from the beach,,especially at night! Had a great stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. No water pressure in master bathroom sink. It trickles, literally. 2. There were roaches in the master.3. The furniture is stained and dirty. 4. The twin beds were full of sand. 5. The elevator was iffy at best. It kept halting. 6. The gates were never locked. We didn't even need to use the key. 7. The kitchen was fully equipped (i.e., pot holders, pots)8. The condo always smelled like hot cabbage. 9. The comforter was stained and there were extra pillows, but no extra linens for the pillows. 10. There was a turd in the toilet upon arrival. The "seal" they used to clean the toilets were both broken. All in all, disappointed. The only good thing was the location.

We did have a few cockroaches in the condo which is somewhat expected in Florida.There are a couple of gentlemen that police Emerald Isles pretty seriously. They made our family uncomfortable at times. When we were unloading our car, they thought we were talking too long. When one of the kids didn't rinse their feet well enough before getting into the pool, they were scolded. We were on the first floor and would pass our beach chairs down from the balcony, this was also a no-no. They were caught taking pictures of guests which seemed inappropriate.

Beautiful beach; Dirty floors = dirty feet

We enjoyed the rental unit. Beach and pool are awesome. Everything was updated, but the bathrooms. Unit was pretty clean. But, a few issues really annoyed me. First, there are not enough towels given for 4 people x 7 days. There is not enough towelette paper given for 4 people x 7 days. I am not the first person to mention both of these issues, so it’s really annoying to see the comments are ignored by the rental company. Second, the floor is impossible to keep clean because there are no mates or rugs in the place. I’m used to beach place, but this is really bad. I had to clean the floors daily. Please add some rugs in the place. If you stay here, I highly recommend bringing a wet swiffer and wipes to clean the floors with. They only provide a mop and vacuum, which do not work to clean the floors. Bonus closet with all the beach gear is plus. But, the large blue tarp and umbrellas are all broken. So, don’t drag them out to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. With exception, the ice maker in the fridge did not work. Please fix it. My only other issue is that I had to drive 15 min away to pick up the keys to condo. We flew in and did not rent car. So, I had to borrow a car from my parents to do this. Just seems ridiculous to not have keys available on site.

The time, thought and money that went into the updates for this condo did not go unnoticed. The two twin beds in the bedroom we’re perfect for our 10 and 8 year old, with lots of room to spare. The master suite was very spacious and I always like a vanity outside of the bathroom! The private balcony had a perfect view of the beach and all of the amenities inside of the unit were perfect. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have been to!

Very nice condo with great beach access. Condo was spacious and clean, only complaint would be the water pressure. It was so strong in the master bath you could barely stand under it, however, both bathroom faucets barely had any water coming out of them. I would also suggest, more bath towels and washcloths since it's a 2 bedroom unit. There were lots of beach stuff which was really nice. Several chairs, coolers, umbrellas, volleyball, etc.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building location was great. The beach was quiet as long as you do not lay out near the condo as the public beach access is located there. The unit has been remodeled, however they should consider securing a different cleaning company. There was a used tissue by the couch, Fritos on the floor, and other guest must touch everything, as there were grimy spots on the pictures and on the closet doors. They have assigned parking spots which is nice, however a maintenance company was parked in our spot one night, so we didn’t know where to park. I called Resort Rentals answering service and asked what to do and was told this was not an emergency. We ended up parking in the loading zone and had to wait around until the crew left as I was worried that our car would be towed. I will not rent a vacation rental from Rental Resorts again due to their lack of customer service.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building location was great. The beach was quiet as long as you do not lay out near the condo as the public beach access is located there. The unit has been remodeled, however they should consider securing a different cleaning company.
