Great location

The location was great and parking was right across from elevator and the walk to the water was very short. Other location have a much longer walk to the water. Great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

The location was excellent and quick to the beach. The condo was clean and in a good location. My one complaint was the bed in the master bedroom - it was simply unsleepable so we slept on the couch.

This rental was absolutely everything we could have hoped for, we loved it and will likely be back. The reserved parking spot was such a bonus, the provided beach umbrella and beach chairs were used everyday and the washer/dryer in unit made traveling with kids so much easier.My only tips would be:1.Bring some sort of sound machine (we used an app on an ipad) for anyone sleeping in the smaller bedroom. The noise wasn't bad but the window goes out to the hallway and if you have kiddos going to bed early it helps to muffle any sounds. 2. Bring laundry detergent 3. If you plan to sit on the patio after sunset bring a citronella candle

This property was as listed. Worked perfect for a long weekend for 4 people enjoying the Treasure Island area. If bringing more people, could be tight for bedroom space. Also, parking for more than 1 vehicle could be a problem, if needed.

Property is beautiful. Unit was not well kept, especially considering the rate per night. Closet doors off hinges, towel rack in master was replaced; however holes still in wall from previous rack. No ice maker, etc.

We enjoyed our visit however the condo definitely could use some TLC. The bed linens could be newer. The kitchen needs new pots and pans and the beach chairs have seen a better day. I would caution parents of small children that the bar below gets loud, it didn’t bother us. The best part was the view is spectacular and the convenience to the beach was exactly as promised. We enjoyed our stay thank you for having us.

Listening to the waves as we fell asleep (master bedroom) was just one of the many things we loved about the condo. It was spacious for our adult family of four. This location was only steps away from the elevator, parking, and pool area, as well as the walkway to the beach. Sunsets were right off our balcony. The pool area was huge and clean. The grounds were extremely quiet. It checked all of the relaxing, beach stay boxes. The owners were EXTREMELY accessible. They responded to our questions during our stay within 5 minutes and sent emails leading up to the stay with details about our stay and recommendations for things to do.

Overall it was a great stay. The location was above the tiki bar so you heard people until closing. Wish there was screens for the sliding doors so we could listen to the wave crash at night. Great location close to John's pass walking distance access to the beach is fantastic parking was good I would go to this location again.

Yearly beach vacation

We had a wonderful time. Perfect place for the four of us. Beach was amazing and not overcrowded. Water was clean and clear. Saw stingrays, manatees and several fish. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our only complaint is the pool was overcrowded with people who were not paying guests at the condo. We like to relax in the pool/hot tub after a day at the beach and we weren’t able to do that😕Overall we had a great time.
