Location, house, yard, pool, neighbors all provided a wonderful property. Yard is welcoming with a fire pit, pool, grill. Bedroom locations are great for a family with good space for kids and adults and well equipped kitchen. Check in quick and easy and the owners provided updates and reached out as needed. Property is serviced for maintenance for yard and pool. The owners have the garbage can cleaned by a professional company and this attention to detail extended through the house and my entire stay. I didn’t use the golf cart, but it’s there to use and well maintained. I’m already looking to book again.

House was equipped with many things that were helpful for us and our stay. Very simple setup and layout which was PERFECT for us with small children and our dog. Conveniently located for fun shopping, great beaches, and a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Host was quick with communication and fixing the flat tire that the golf cart had from old age. This house fit our needs and expectations. Will definitely consider this house again for our future stays here. Neighbor lady “darling” was very helpful with directions to the crystal beach. The beach is not a swimming beach but it was still nice to see and get a little joy ride on the gulf cart. House was not immaculate as far as cleanliness but that was not a concern for us. We didn’t use the pool because we were enjoying activities away from the house so I cannot comment on that aspect. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, simple, convenient, safe place to stay this is it!

Wonderful respite

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were very comfortable and the home was immaculately clean. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since it was a bit too chilly outside but it looked inviting. We were able to allow our do to explore the backyard as it was fully fenced.

Ideal Location

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the area, including: bike trail, shopping, restaurants, many beaches, golf, etc. The pool was great and well maintained. Enjoyed riding the golf cart around beautiful Crystal Beach. Would stay there again.

Beautifal Crystal Beach

The house is in a quiet beautiful community 8 or 10 blocks from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms and the single bathroom with tub at one end of the house. At the other end of the house is a third large bedroom with 2 large comfortable beds and it's own door outside to a small above ground pool heated by the sun. It was in low 70s and I used it twice. Enjoyable. A great blue heron likes to sit on the edge of the pool. Nice large fenced yard, and if you have a dog along, there are dog covers for the furniture. Very realistic!There is a very quick response from the property manager. The owner has a camera on the pool, a little uncomfortable if you're using it. He's reportedly checking the water level but also was coming to fill it when it was quite full. Letting the property manager know that you're willing to fill it seemed to take care of the matter of renter privacy. It would also be good if pest management was scheduled in between renters. We would rent again. Very nice house, yard and neighborhood.

We only stayed 2 nights/3 days . House was very clean. The couch in the living room was like a fluffy cloud . My family didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it was cold out but it was very clean . I would recommend this place to anyone with a family .

Great Place!

The best place I have stayed at. Great neighborhood with the ocean minutes away. Golf cart was an extra special treat for the family. We had an amazing time checking out the beaches nearby and restaurants. I will be returning to this place again.

Trip started out awful but this property made it amazing!

We booked another property first which was cancelled by VRBO immediately due to a mishap on their website. We booked a 2nd property in place of it for 11nights. The property manager called us hours later and cancelled our last 3 nights because she neglected to update the availability of the property. The property was disgustingly dirty when we arrived. We found the Crystal Beach property and booked it for our last 3 nights and it was truly amazing!!! Clean!! Great area!! Very helpful property manager!! Totally Awesome!! We will seek this property out on future trips to Palm Harbor Florida for sure!!!! Definitely a 5 star stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and our kids loved the pool and golf cart. The community is very nice and we enjoyed driving around the area. The Pinellas trail is right by the neighborhood as well and my daughter and I enjoyed running on the trail.

Great spot and host

We were displaced from Helene and got to enjoy this lovely home. It has a fenced in yard and above ground pool which was perfect for our daughter and dog. The host Hali was great with communication and was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed.

Cute, little older beach house. Small but comfy, just as described. The pool was great for an afternoon cool off, everything we needed was there! Close enough to so much, we went to St Pete, up the coast through Treasure Island, all the way to Clearwater. Saw all the things on our list!

Awesome birthday trip for my husband and my son

It was very good the place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed and the pool was a plus the kids really loved that and the back porch was another plus and the house was very nice we will be back again we loved it thank you for having us at your home we also washed the sheets and left so trash bags for the next people that come through we will remake sure we reserve with you again thank you again
