  • A renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Largo home for up to 10 guests with a private heated pool. Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach are about 15 minutes away. A king suite, PS5 game room and 8-seat dining table make it a fit for two families, beach weeks and work-travel crews.



    The living room, 8-seat dining table and kitchen share one open space, with an L-shaped couch facing the smart TV. Out back, a heated pool sits in a fully fenced yard with a seating area and a gas grill. When the kids drift off to the PS5 in the game room, the adults get the pool to themselves.



    BEDROOMS & BATHS (4 BR / 2 BA)

    GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

    ★ Setting: a quiet residential street in Largo. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am. After 10:00 p.m., please keep voices and noise to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors. Quiet use of the pool and patio is welcome during these hours.

    The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means a 65–70°F pool. Heat cannot be switched on or off mid-stay.

    ★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 10 guests; a king suite, a queen room and two bunk rooms.

    ★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.

    ★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra fee.

    ★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

    ★ Beach gear: beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing and availability.

This house is perfect for guests. Very clean, tvs in every bedroom, lighting inside the house was great and it was perfect for our needs. Neighbors were also quiet and courteous. Cleanup was very easy and very low maintenance on our part. No problems whatsoever.

Beautiful home!

Beds were very comfortable, It was 10 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very nice decor throughout home. We really enjoyed the pool also.

Cute, quiet house!

Very clean and cute home. The fenced in backyard was great for our 2 dogs. Had family from Seattle so they enjoyed the heated pool. Very roomy and loved the renovations and decor.

This house was perfect

This house was perfect for our family stay. It was spotless and all set up for us when we walked in. We truly enjoyed the pool when we had a few minutes to relax, especially with 3 teenagers! The location was pretty centralized to what we had planned, which is a huge plus! Thank you Emperor Rentals for making our stay even more enjoyable!

Softball Trip

Came down to stay for the St. Pete Invitational College Softball weekend. Had a blast. The house was exactly what we needed and is the best most-stocked house we have ever rented. We have rented many houses on VRBO and this was excellent. Thanks again and we will look to stay here again next year.

It was great. Very clean and excellent communication. The best part was how easy the check-out was - this put our minds at ease when we had to catch a flight - not to have to worry about the details like making sure the dishes were in the dishwasher or having to strip the beds.

Impressively clean

The place is exactly as described. Impressively clean and welcoming upon arrival. The pool is simply amazing. Heated and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. The hosts were very quick at communicating when needed. The washing machine sings when it's done! Doesn't get much better than that!

Thoughtful hosts!

Great updated place with lots of beds! Interior updates make the place feel modern and fresh. Location is super convenient to several stores and restaurants. Our group enjoyed the multiple sleeping arrangements. Could easily be shared by a couple of families. Tons of towels, toiletries provided & a nice snack selection on arrival. Thoughtful hosts!

Family vacation

We brought 2 of our adults kids and their spouses and children. The house had plenty of room and had everything we needed. The kids loves the pool. I loved that they had beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use at the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again!!! And the host were super nice and answered very quickly when we had a question. Thanks for a great vacation!
