🐕Pet Policy:
~ 1 dog allowed up to 30 lbs - Non-refundable pet fee of $200 required
~ Specific dog breeds and cats are Not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarias, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid).
~ Dog-friendly complex, but no dogs allowed on the beach.

🚗Convenient Parking & Access:
Park with ease in our two assigned spaces, with additional free parking available next door during the day at the 15th Ave beach access. Please note there are two flights of stairs from the parking garage, as there is no elevator.

This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
