Relaxing ocean views

Beautiful ocean views. The property was exactly as listed. Saw dolphins every morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. The condo was very homie. I was concerned we would have a lot of noise from the pool area since we were on the end directly by the pool but we did not. I was able to relax and truly enjoy my stay. There were beach chairs and noodles available for us and a nice beach umbrella. I would definitely rent again.

This corner unit offers a panoramic view of the Gulf, beach, and pool. The Beach Trolley stop is across the street so you can ride anywhere from Clearwater to St Pete for dining or shopping. The owners are wonderful and Florida Lifestyle provides great help to handle anything needed.

We enjoyed the Gulf view and spectacular sunsets from the balcony or from the beach just steps from the condo. The elevator and laundry room were very convenient just outside the 101 entry. We hope to come back to Chateaux 101 again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Gulf front unit to rent.

We have always loved it, but it's been updated with new floors and enhancements in the kitchen. It is on the first floor (second if you count the parking area as a floor) with a great view and a wrap-around balcony, and it is right across the hall from the laundry. We had stayed in several Chateaux units, but once we found it, we have only stayed in 101.

I'm giving it a 5 Star, because it was the cleanest and most organized unit we stayed in. Only downside was the elevator was not working - that was bad with luggage even though its 1st floor. Our AC acted crazy but MGMT company was very fast to attend to problem. We would rent this unit again.

Wrap around balcony was the best for viewing the beach and eating out to be able to always get out of the sun. Extra 2 windows added extra light and more views of the water. Just loved it. Ate supper out every night and never had a bad meal. Pool and beach were kept very clean. Nothing bad to say and have reservations already for 2023. That says it all. Owner was so nice and no issues with unit or renal agency. Thanks all .
