The Space:

Relax in a beautifully renovated, private coastal retreat just an easy 8-minute walk to the beach (golf carts welcome!). The home has been thoughtfully updated throughout with brand-new furnishings, new flooring, a fully renovated kitchen with new

appliances, and refreshed, modern bathrooms, creating a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to unwind.



After a fun day of sun and surf, gather around the backyard firepit or inside the sunroom, which doubles as a second living room. Fire up the private gas grill for an outdoor meal, then head inside for a lovely meal or enjoy the many great restaurants nearby. You can then catch the sunset after dinner! Central air conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable, while the private washer/dryer makes quick work of beach towels. Unwind in the private back yard —perfect inspiration for repeat trips to the shore. With plenty of space to recharge, this home is designed for both comfort and convenience.



Location

Walk just a half mile west and you’ll reach the sugary sands of the beach, with multiple access points along the coastline.



Clearwater Marine Aquarium, a working marine wildlife rehabilitation center, is just under seven miles away. Splash Harbour Water Park is only two-and-a-half miles from the home for family- friendly fun, while art lovers can visit the Dalí Museum, located 22 miles away in downtown St. Petersburg. Little gem

Cozy, quiet, well located. Accommodations comfortable, lovely sun-drenched backyard. Adjacent small city park (just an open lot) was a terrific football field for two young grandchildren

Great house

it was nicely furnished and very comfortable beds. Lots of seating inside and out. Not all seats were as comfortable as I'd like in my own home, but we didn't spend much time inside, so it was fine. Location was great and a very safe neighborhood.

Comfy beach house

This house is in a great neighborhood! Only thing missing is sidewalks, but no issues. The house had plenty of beach supplies. The decor was perfect too! Parking was plentiful for 3 cars. Short walk to the beach and great access to many local restaurants. Do not miss Indian Rocks Beach Park too!

Clean facility, sized right for family

The house layout is family friendly and clean. Offers a lot of extras including fenced backyard with bbq grill and fire pit. It is well off the beaten path of tourists and located in a residential area. Location was a bit longer from beach than expected. With little ones in our party and all we needed to keep them entertained and comfortable at beach, we ended up driving to the beach and restaurants. Also, the property management team communication was not timely and we ended up waiting several extra minutes on the driveway of the rental for the code — they said they needed additional personal information before they would give a code. This was unexpected and disappointing. Only recommend this to families or groups who want to hang out in a house or don’t mind a long walk or driving to beach and restaurants.

In general all was good. Code would not work when we got there. Waited on hold for 20 minutes sent an email and a property happened to show up who let us in.

Great location. Great Layout!

Great location. 15 minute walk to the beach, quite neighborhood. 2 bed/2 bath and the big bonus room great for our 3 girls (early 20's). very clean. Great backyard and firepit. Management very responsive - FAST!. Only thing.. would have loved a dishwasher (we knew did not have one). Another suggestion: provide some large trash bags and laundry soap. Great stay.. Highly reccomend if you want laid back.

Great vacation

Me and my family stayed at this location and it was a great stay. We really enjoyed ourself. Everything that was promised was there , even the bikes. My only feedback is keeping the yard maintained. In the land of lizards (lol) having higher grass had me high stepping around to throw out the trash at night. But I would recommend to everyone!

Great, well equipped house

My family of 5 enjoyed this house for our week of vacation. It is a 2 BR home in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is a 8-10 minute walk from the beach. The “3rd” room has a twin bed with trundle- it was perfect for my 2 teenagers who could have their own space and own TV. House is nicely equipped with what you need to cook a meal or take the wagon to the beach. The only thing missing was a cooler for the beach but we improvised :-). House was clean and comfortable, would recommend! Thank you from our family, we had a great week and made many memories!
