The oversized primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, small desk station, large ensuite bathroom, ocean views, and direct access to the private balcony for a true beachfront retreat. The second bedroom includes two full beds with a smart TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and its own TV, making the home ideal for families or groups. There are 2.5 bathrooms in total, including the primary ensuite, a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a convenient half bath with toilet and sink. The cozy modern coastal living room provides sliding glass door access to the balcony and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, offering everything you need for meals at home. • Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)

• No pets allowed

• Age requirement: 25+ to book

• Access: Located on Level 4 (stairs or elevator from garage)
