Place is great for the price. Can’t beat the views and closeness to everything. Walk next door to Caddy’s for good food. A five minute walk to a public entrance to the beach. Only thing outside we missed was not having a dock to be able to sit or fish off of. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable . Bathrooms also large has a hair dryer . There is an iron and ironing board if needed. Washer and dryer work great they leave three pods to do laundry so if you need more buy them or bring from home. Give you two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom . 4 towels and 2 hand towels 2 wash clothes for each bathroom. Kitchen some coffee is available for the coffee pot there are two a Keurig and regular coffee pot . You will need to purchase pods for the Keurig and get cream and sugar . If you like to make breakfast or meals you will need to purchase everything from oil or spray Pam for the pans . Not a really good pan for making pancakes and no hot mitts to take things out of the oven. Foil or saran wrap not provided . 4 garbage bags provided that seemed to be enough for a week. TVs in all bedrooms and living room work great. WiFi easy to access. I would definitely stay here again we enjoyed our stay. The host was always available and responded quickly . Parking was also very easy!

Quiet and beautiful views

The condo was nice and big! The king size was comfortable and rooms were nice size! The view from balcony to see the intercostal was nice. 3 minute walk to gulf was easy walk. We would stay again.

Nice upstairs apartment

The apartment is upstairs, as mentioned, and is clean and spacious for our family of 4. We had no issues with parking and/or neighbors. Not much bad to say about the place. There was live music at the restaurant nearby, which could be heard inside, but did not play late. The other thing worth mentioning is that the air conditioning did work, but struggled to get the temperature of the apartment much lower than 75 degrees. Overall though, it was a very nice place that was furnished well, had plenty of space and amenities, and was clean. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Best friends thanksgiving trip

Great location! Spacious apartment with no neighbors to worry about. Great balcony deck and numerous dolphin sightings in the intercoastal! Perfect jumping off point for enjoying the area. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach or next door for drinks at caddy’s!

Perfect location and beautiful property

This was a wonderful stay and we’d 100% stay again. Total blast being above the rental shop and loved having a restaurant next door. Clean, comfy, loved it! Only feedback was that the provided lawn chairs, umbrella and beach cart were either missing, broken, or rusted through, and our only plans were to sit on the beach. We couldn’t reach the host via the app, and we were told they couldn’t help us over the phone since not an emergency and it was a holiday weekend. But after multiple attempts reached the property management company via email and they were quick to respond once we sent a photo of what we found for equipment and they were very apologetic. We had chairs within 20 mins of them seeing my email. Great stay tho and will totally stay again!

Beautiful property at great location

The pictures of this place do not do it justice! It was so much better than I expected. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is beautiful! So comfortable inside and so many evenings spent on the patio enjoying the view. We had a small request after we arrived and it was immediately taken care of. Great communication throughout our stay and beforehand. The guys working downstairs were very helpful and friendly as well. It was a short walk across the street to the beach and also right next to Caddy's for some drinks and delicious fish tacos. Will definitely stay here again!!

Secretly -perfect get away!

Great location, Amazing View!

Caddy’s Boathouse is a wonderful place to stay! Spacious & clean apartment with all the amenities. It’s located right above Island Marine Rentals, where we also rented a pontoon for the day. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Perfectly located from everything! Super comfortable beds and a breathtaking view of the intercostal waterways from the balcony! Highly recommend:)

Caddy's Boat House

We enjoyed our stay at Caddy's Boat House, was the perfect size for us, and appreciated the beach toys for our granddaughter to use while visiting the local beach. We basically had everything we needed to be comfortable during our visit. Thank you!

Long weekend getaway before school starts

The location was great! Enjoyed the view of the boats and water from the huge balcony. The walk to the beach was not bad. The kitchen was great.. there were a few little things that should be addressed but we plan on going back for sure.. We had dinner at Villa Gallace which was AMAZING!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Boat House. The views were great and it was very quiet. A short walk across the street to the ocean. Many local restaurants, shops, and other things to do. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Boat House.

Spacious Getaway

The unit was very spacious, great AC for FL heat. The deck overlooks the waterway which was great for boat watching. We saw dolphins 2 days. The unit is upstairs on top of a boat rentals establishment. We had to put up with banging 1 morning & 1 evening while boat repair was taking place. (that was a bummer), otherwise it's quiet and peaceful. If your are planning to eat in note that the pots are limited. (skillet for scrambling eggs was dated and could use a new one). Face towels are limited so bring your own. It's was great that there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Bring extra toilet paper as only 2 rolls per bath is provided. Overall, we wound definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect for our mini stay!

The house was the perfect size, very comfortable. The patio area is fantastic! All around great location close to everything. Caddy’s restaurant next door has outside seating where we are able to see dolphins swimming, decent food & good drinks. The beach is a 3 minute walk across the street and is so beautiful. Literally the downstairs area has boat rentals and scooters (which are lots of fun themselves) the property manager was easy to get ahold of and very nice when I spoke with them on the phone. We loved our stay here!

Intercostal Paradise

The 6 day stay we had was wonderful, minus the road travel from NJ, the VRBO has an excellent view of the intercostal waterway, seeing dolphins and manatees often. The staff downstairs at the boat rental office are great and offered much advice. Thanks for a great vacation!!
