Located in the laid-back Isla del Sol community, this bright 2BR/2BA condo offers beautiful surroundings, a resort-style pool and hot tub, and everything you need for a beach day—chairs, towels, and an umbrella included.

Beach days are effortless with chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a beach wagon included. When you’re not at the beach, enjoy the resort-style pool and hot tub or explore the quiet Isla del Sol community with its scenic paths, tropical landscaping, and laid-back island feel.

Just 5–10 minutes from Fort De Soto, Pass-a-Grille, and St. Pete Beach, yet tucked away in a calm island setting—this is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun.

You will have full access to the resort pool and hot tub and a parking space for 1 car.

The Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club golf course is private, so access is not available to guests.

Entry is easy with a secure keypad and your own unique code.

Isla del Sol is a quiet, waterfront community tucked between St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach, just north of Tierra Verde. It offers a relaxed island atmosphere with a mix of full-time residents, part-time neighbors, and visitors.

The Pinellas Trail is nearby and perfect for walking, jogging, or biking, with miles of wide, traffic-free paths. Fort De Soto is just at the end of the Pinellas Bayway, Gulf beaches are about a 5-minute drive, and downtown St. Petersburg is roughly 15 minutes away—close to everything, while still feeling tucked away.

Rideshare services like Uber are readily available. On St. Pete Beach, the Freebee ride service is a convenient option—just download the app and request a ride along Gulf Blvd, from Pass-a-Grille up toward St. Pete Beach.

Public transportation is also nearby, including the SunRunner and the Beach Trolley, which connect St. Pete Beach with downtown St. Petersburg and surrounding beach areas.

The condo is well set up for longer stays and works especially well for remote workers, traveling nurses, medical professionals, and corporate stays.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however, we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving to prevents pests and odors.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Please be respectful of others by being quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc.).
- Pool pass and clubhouse key must be returned upon checkout - Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per lost item.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

There are residents who enjoy this place of relaxation year-round, so this is not a party destination. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times, including at pool.

**The following rules are rules of the community association. By booking this condo, you are agreeing to the following rules:

- Park only in assigned spot
- Guests or tenants are not allowed pets at all whatsoever
- Standard private passenger vehicles only, no other vehicles
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony, hallway, or any common/visible area
- Rules posted at pool will be strictly enforced
- No chairs in grassy area
- No more than 6 people in condos
- No propane or charcoal grills**
- This is a residential community, not a hotel, conduct yourselves accordingly
- Failure to comply with this rules may result in cancellation
