The perfect 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront condo for your next turnkey seaside vacation. The condo boasts complimentary use of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys and coolers for your enjoyment. A fully stocked chefs’ kitchen with granite counters, all major appliances, pots, pans, and dishware. A spacious open floor plan with a beautifully decorated living room, and dining room that overlook the beach and open onto a spacious oceanfront balcony to enjoy a morning coffee and sunset margaritas. Wake up in the elegantly outfitted master suite that features an ocean front view from the comfort of the king bed; an ensuite bathroom, TV, and glass sliding door access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and TV. The 3rdbedroom has 2 twin beds and TV. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. You will be just a few steps away from the beach, heated pool, volleyball court, gas barbecue grill, and poolside rec center complete with ping pong table and restrooms. The unit comes with an assigned parking space, or you can jump on the convenient beach trolley that stops directly in front of the building and is ready to take you to all points north and south. This is a perfect vacation home ideal for a couple, family, or group of friends to share. Indian Shores is a fun beach community located south of Clearwater. It is Known for a friendly atmosphere, stunning white sugar sand beaches, spectacular sunsets, and is conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants. The Beach trolley stops in front of the condo and will take you a few minutes South to Johns Pass Village- (a large shopping and dining marina complex). Or travel a few minutes North to Clearwater Beach – (home to more restaurants, bars, and the Clearwater Aquarium). Indian Shores is conveniently located near Tampa International Airport and St Pete-Clearwater Airport. Excellent location!

We’ve been vacationing in this area for over 10 years and this location was exactly what we wanted. IRB is beautiful! We walked across the street to Caddy’s for dinner twice and that convenience was really nice!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Indian Shores was by far my favorite beach vacation yet. The condo was fantastic and was updated and beautifully decorated. I was particularly impressed with the details and how thoughtful they were done. The unit had nice towels, bedding, and some of the best mattresses I have ever slept on. There was a closet full of beach supplies all nearly organized. Charging ports in every bedroom, nice appliances, fans for each bedroom. The property manager was very responsive. Definitely the best condo and beach town!

Great Condo

We had a lovely week in this condo. We loved sitting out on the balcony with the cool ocean breeze. My grandson, who is 8, really enjoyed swimming in the pool. There is so much to do in this area of Florida. We had a great day up in Tarpon Springs. Also went to St. Petersburg to the pier. Will rent from this owner again.

Carefree way to holiday

The condo was clean & updated & the balcony had lots of seating. Really enjoyed the digital door lock entry - so practical & easy ! Was great to have beach towels & beach chairs & the umbrella & anchor worked well. Just be prepared that some guests claim pool chairs with towels well before they’re ready to actually spend time. This was aggravating to see prime real estate taken up by towels for hours on end.

Superb View & Updated Condo

The owners were helpful and responded quickly to all questions and requests. The condo is updated and is very nice and clean. The location is great and the view from the room is superb. The beach is less than a minute walk to the water once you get off the elevator. We also enjoyed having a pool available to us. The building staff appeared to take very good care of the pool and kept the area organized and clean. The appliances were new. We liked that the refrigerator had an icemaker. The washer/dryer takes a little bit of time to wash/dry but I liked that it is one unit so I didn’t have to move the wet clothes to a dryer. It just kept running until it was done. There were plenty of beach towels, three beach chairs and one beach umbrella. There was not an anchor for the umbrella so we left the one we brought. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were great and provided a lot of water pressure. I like that the front door had an additional sturdy latch that allows you to lock the door from the inside during the night. The building is older and for half our stay only one elevator was working. They building staff eventually got it working. The neighbors above us were exceptionally noisy almost every night up until 1am at times. Luckily we were worn out so everyone had no trouble sleeping. If you have very young children, infants, or a light sleeper, the noise would have been a big issue. Hopefully it was just a one-off situation and they were renters for that week. We enjoyed the condo and location and would stay there again.
