Welcome to our Clearwater retreat! Our home hosts up to 8 guests and welcomes furry friends. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, Roku TVs in every bedroom, and blackout shades for restful nights. With starter supplies included and a location just minutes from Cleveland St., Downtown, and Clearwater Beach, your stay will be seamless and memorable.

Step inside and discover the comfort and convenience of our Clearwater home, which can host up to 8 guests comfortably.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1:
To your left, the master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a King-sized bed, Roku TV, full-body mirror, and a walk-in closet stocked with essentials like a pack ’n play, baby bathtub, and toys for the little ones.

Bedroom 2:
Across the hall, the second bedroom is equally well-appointed with a Queen-sized bed, Roku TV, elegant furnishings, spacious closet, and a vanity that doubles as an office space.

Living Room 1 (Main Living Area):
As you enter, you’ll find yourself in the main living area designed for relaxation and group entertainment. It features a 65-inch Roku TV, a convertible sofa bed that sleeps two guests up to 6 feet tall, and plenty of space for larger gatherings. A selection of board games is also available to keep everyone entertained.

Living Room 2 (Bonus Room):
The bonus room serves as a second living area. It includes a convertible sofa bed that also sleeps two guests up to 6 feet tall, a dresser for additional clothing storage, and a basket with fresh beach towels.

Bathroom:
Continue exploring to find the shared bathroom, a modern sanctuary equipped with complimentary shampoo, body soap, a hair dryer, and other toiletries to create a spa-like experience.

Kitchen & Dining:
The heart of the home, our fully-equipped kitchen, includes all you need for culinary adventures, from a convenient coffee bar to starter basics. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats up to 6 guests, and there’s also a raised bar with 3 additional seats—perfect for casual dining or morning coffee.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to the private patio, where you’ll find the grill and outdoor dining table immediately available for gatherings under the gazebo. To the left, a sand area is set up for kids to play under a palm tree, while to the right, a grassy section offers additional space. The yard also features toys like cornhole, beach toys, and a fire pit for cozy evenings with family and friends.

Laundry & Beach Gear:
The laundry area is located just outside the house, to the right of the second living area. It is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and starter laundry supplies. Inside the home, you’ll also find items for the beach such as a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys for the little ones, and an umbrella.

Access:
Guests have full access to our home, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay. You`re welcome to use all the spaces and amenities, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. The only exception is one closet, reserved as the owner’s closet, which remains locked for storage purposes. All other areas are open for your use and enjoyment, allowing you to feel completely at home during your visit.

Our neighborhood is filled with convenient local stores, cozy dining options, and charming parks, making it easy to enjoy the area without going far. Whether you’re craving a laid-back stroll to nearby restaurants or planning a night out downtown, you’ll have endless choices just steps from the door.
